Study On The Landscape Design Of Suitable Aging Residential Buildings

Aging has become an important issue in China and even in the world.With the rapid increase in the number of elderly,the number of "old age" countries is increasing.In the face of the world "aging" situation,all countries in the world are actively research and development measures to deal with such problems."Old-age home" is currently the world towards the main measure of the elderly pension problems,therefore how to elderly people in the creation of livable environment,improve the elderly physical health and mental health status,and thus enhance the elderly happy old age is a kind of worldwide solved the first task.In this paper,based on the background of the residential landscape design,this paper expounds the research significance,research status,research methods and innovation points of this paper.The paper uses the method of literature reference,case analysis,questionnaire survey,inductive summary and other methods.The description of the fundamental theory of aging,the residential landscape design,the analysis of the elderly behavior characteristics,physical characteristics and psychological characteristics,it is concluded that the elderly in residential landscape design,the basic needs of.At the same time,the domestic and foreign outstanding residential landscape design for example,summed up the successful residential landscape design of the success of the landscape design.Finally on the basis of summing up the above analysis,combined with the theory of environmental behavior and horticultural therapy,the basic principles and techniques of improving the residential landscape design are proposed.I hope this paper can provide a theoretical and practical application of reference value for the residential landscape design in the future.
