| Influenced by traditional concept and habits,nearly 90% of the elderly in our country Influenced by the traditional ideas and living habits,nearly 90% of the elderly in our country choose the mode of family care to spend their old age peacefully.Faced with the huge aging population in our country,the country has established a care system based on family care in recent years.Residential area,as the most frequently used place and basic living activity circle for the elderly,is an important link in the home care system.At present,the present situation of residential landscape in our country does not fully consider the use needs of special groups,the lack of targeted research and research on the site characteristics,the planning does not match the use habits of people,and so on,which has affected the willingness of the elderly to travel to a certain extent,and is not conducive to the physical and mental health of the elderly.In order to solve the contradiction between the present situation of residential landscape and the needs of the elderly,it is necessary to investigate the present situation of residential landscape and the needs of the elderly.This study takes the urban residential area of Rongchang District of Chongqing as the research object,takes the elderly as the research subject,and discusses the optimization strategy of urban residential landscape suitable for aging.Questionnaire interviews were conducted to investigate the characteristics of the elderly’s outdoor activity behavior and landscape needs,and the characteristics of the elderly’s outdoor activity behavior were summarized from the aspects of the elderly’s basic information,departure time,activity frequency,etc.,and the elderly’s satisfaction evaluation on the landscape status and related landscape needs were calculated.On this basis,the status quo of residential landscape aging is investigated,and the number of outdoor space layout forms and space types are counted.Through the establishment of urban residential landscape aging evaluation system,the aging degree of each residential landscape is quantified,and the characteristics and problems of urban residential landscape with "relatively aging" as the main feature are summarized.Based on the above studies,combined with relevant theories of urban residential landscape aging and typical case points,optimization strategies were proposed,and measures for urban residential landscape aging transformation were proposed,and examples were demonstrated through typical residential areas.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Characteristics of outdoor activities and landscape needs of the elderlyAs the main body of the research,the activity characteristics and needs of the elderly are the basis of landscape transformation.The activity period of the elderly is characterized by strong regularity and high activity frequency.The elderly have low evaluation on the obsolete service facilities and the lack of maintenance of the green environment,and low satisfaction and high demand for the rest and viewing space and fitness space.(2)Evaluation system of urban residential landscape suitability for agingEvaluation system is a tool to understand the current situation of landscape.According to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight of each landscape element in the evaluation system was calculated,and the top three factors in weight were respectively spatial function diversity,human-vehicle diversion Settings,and site identification.(3)Current situation of urban residential landscape in Rongchang DistrictThe outdoor space layout form type is mainly centralized layout,the existing activity field is mainly leisure and ornamental space.The characteristics and problems of urban residential landscape with "relatively old age" are summarized,which are mainly spatial function shortage,traffic space security lack,ecological environment lack of planning and late maintenance,landscape detail design is not humanized.(4)Measures to adapt urban residential landscape to agingFrom the following five aspects: creating activity space,enriching activity types,arranging place facilities,enriching landscape level and strengthening detail design,this paper puts forward the strategy of urban residential landscape suitable for aging transformation.Based on the case study of Ronghe Family,three typical activity sites were transformed to fit for aging by adopting the transformation strategy of strengthening landscape axis and efficient utilization of site resources. |
