| The old residential area is the product of historical development.It has a superior geographical location,but the long service life has gradually failed to meet the needs of residents ’ lives.The increasingly prominent problems have brought many inconveniences to residents.With the rapid development of economy,the process of population aging is also accelerating.Excessive aging will have different degrees of impact on China ’s medical,social and cultural development and economic growth rate.In order to actively cope with the severe aging problem,China is also constantly promoting the construction of livable environment for the elderly and encouraging home care.At present,Guilin is the city with the highest degree of aging in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and it is higher than the national average.Therefore,it is necessary to study the landscape design of outdoor activity space suitable for aging in the old residential areas of Guilin.The outdoor environment is reasonably optimized to create a good activity environment,so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly.First of all,taking the aging development trend of China and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research background,this paper expounds the necessity of the state ’s promotion of home-based care for the aged and the transformation of the outdoor activity space suitable for the aged landscape in the old residential areas of Guilin,combs the research status at home and abroad,and determines the research methods and research contents of this paper.Secondly,the theoretical research on the old community,outdoor activity space,suitable aging and suitable aging landscape is carried out.The three related theories of Maslow ’s hierarchy of needs,environmental behavior and horticultural therapy and their guiding significance are expounded.The physiological needs of the elderly group for light environment,sound environment,thermal environment and barrier-free environment,as well as the psychological needs of sense of belonging,sense of neighborhood and sense of belonging are analyzed.In addition,the behavioral characteristics of outdoor activities of the elderly group are further analyzed.Thirdly,four representative old communities in the administrative region of Guilin were selected as the research objects,focusing on the analysis of the current situation of entrances and exits,traffic organization space,green space,outdoor activity space and public environmental facilities.Combined with the questionnaire results,the common problems of outdoor activity space in old communities in Guilin were summarized.Then,aiming at the current problems,according to the relevant theoretical research,the design principles of safety,multi-level,local conditions and ecology are put forward,and the design strategies of integrating activity space,improving green space,improving walking environment,improving infrastructure and paying attention to aging are put forward.Finally,the Longchuanping Community in Guilin City was selected as the actual design object to study the specific activity needs of the elderly in the community,and the aging renovation design was carried out from the overall spatial layout,spatial planning,landscape plants and public infrastructure of outdoor activities.This paper hopes to explore and meet the diversified needs of the elderly in outdoor activities,create a comfortable living environment,and provide a feasible reference for the current and future landscape design of residential areas suitable for aging through the research process of the aging landscape design of the outdoor activity space in Longchuanping District,Guilin City. |
