Landscape Reconstruction Design Of Aging Rehabilitation In The Third Affiliated Hospital Of Nanhua University

With the progress of the times,modern hospitals gradually turn from single drug treatment to comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of patients’ body,psychology and spirit.At the same time,China’s population age structure has rapidly changed from adult type to elderly type.However,at present,the landscape space of most medical institutions has not yet reached the requirements of aging rehabilitation.How can the landscape space meet the requirements of aging and realize the goal of aging rehabilitation At present,the problem of hospital landscape space needs to be solved.Firstly,this paper combs the concept of aging,rehabilitation landscape,restorative environment theory,natural aid theory and evidence-based design theory,respectively expounds the relationship between restorative environment theory,natural aid theory,evidence-based design theory and aging,rehabilitation landscape,and interprets through relevant cases.Then,under the guidance of the evidence-based design theory,combing the evidence after the previous verification,and conducting the control experiment on the evidence not obtained,the experiments were carried out by the following methods:(1)the physiological rehabilitation experiment was carried out by the neuroscience test method.(2)The mental rehabilitation experiment was carried out with the method of continuous drawing time test.(3)Non participatory observation method was used in the use of courtyard frequency.(4)Questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used to analyze the physical and mental characteristics and courtyard space characteristics of the elderly.Then,according to the evidence grading standard,the previous verification evidence and the experimental evidence are summarized and graded.Finally,on this basis,the design strategies for different needs of the elderly are put forward.The main results are as follows(1)The elderly are sensitive to environmental changes,and have certain requirements for the movable seats in the landscape space and the distance from the residence.At the same time,the elderly tend to contact with children.(2)The results show that the effect of dynamic water environment is more obvious than that of static environment.(3)The degree of courtyard greening and the perfection of facilities will affect the affinity and comfort of the overall characteristics of the courtyard.The affinity and comfort are positively correlated with the frequency of the elderly using the courtyard.(4)The continuous number drawing test shows the general acceptability of the elderly in the experiment,which provides an operable method for the follow-up research.
