| With the passage of time,the human life will be more and more long,and with the changing of population structure,our way of living,housing and architectural design concept changes in the increasingly obvious.By understanding and analysis of the status of China’s population structure found to create suitable for elderly people living space,to meet the needs of multiple age groups,to help people maintain a healthy body and mind,designed in the true sense optimal aging residential space,combined with the local situation are important issues of the designer to think,this is the meaning of this thesis research.His paper mainly studies the more under the mode of community endowment generation mixed community of architecture and landscape design,today’s seniors are a heterogeneous group,designed for the elderly residential type also is varied.Most older people cling to the same lifestyle as they did when they were young,and most older people want to live in a familiar environment later in life.Therefore,it is particularly important to design houses suitable for the elderly.After statistics,the elderly almost 80% of the time is spent at home,as the growth of the age of physical and cognitive aspects will gradually decline,which leads to the elderly activity radius become smaller.So safety and comfort are the main demand of the elderly housing.Through the analysis of the current pension model in China,a middle road,namely community pension,is opened up from the social and family pension.Through the use of buildings,residential forms to solve the current situation and problems.Design mainly around the theme of the community endowment,build a suitable aging more generation mixed communities,make more generations can be harmonious life in the same environment,through the social support of old-age security system,make China’s old people to have a completely belongs to their own communities,to realize in the true sense to die in their communities,and at the same time,from the aspects of landscape and architecture increase infrastructure suitable for the old people’s life,let old people on the body and mind are satisfied,so as to solve the no country for old men no problem.This design mainly is the study of the hybrid communities of the generation of architecture and landscape,through the analysis of the optimal aging community cases at home and abroad,from multiple generation increase fitness old unit in the mixed community planning,perfect the hybrid optimum aging in the community living space of the generation and optimization of hybrid communities of the generation of optimal aging space environment,etc.to perfect the optimum aging community building and landscape.Design base location choice in Wu Han ping avenue and Qin Yuan road intersection of an abandoned industrial land,through the early stage of the base of investigation and analysis,comprehensive field situation,for many generations mixed community integrated design,the design mainly includes: main building exterior,residential community analysis,community public buildings design,functional partition,community waterscape design,path planning,as well as the supporting infrastructure design,etc.The design practice of multi generation mixed residential community is not only the suitable aging residential space for the elderly design,but also the investment in the future society. |
