Under the knowledge economy environment,taking the lead in mastering a kind of knowledge,technology or business model can bring a competitive advantage to enterprises.It makes enterprises understand that in the continuous expansion of the market,the training of talents,and the accumulation of knowledge and experience lay a solid foundation for the long-term development in the future.There are relatively great differences in size,culture,strategy and so on among different enterprises.The construction of the enterprise training system must be in accordance with the enterprise own characteristics and the actual situation.The purpose of training is to enhance the occupational quality and the professional ability of staff so as to make them better accomplish their work,improve the working efficiency and realize the enterprise business development goal.D company is an automobile manufacturing enterprise with late start and rapid development.The rapid cultivation of talents,and the accumulation and inheritance of post experience which are particularly important have become an important part of the development strategy of the company.In this paper,in this context,taking the training system in D company as the research object,through the training system maturity model,the status of the training in D company was analyzed,and some corresponding optimization measures were put forward to establish an effective training system so as to provide personnel support for the long-term sustainable development of the company.It first described the theory about the maturity of the training system,including grade characteristics,evaluation rules and evaluation methods of training system maturity.It also introduced the operation and characteristics of D company.Through the use of the training maturity model,it valued and analyzed some problems or insufficiency of the training management of D company.The training system was not perfect,there was no training course system,and the level of internal trainers was uneven,the pertinence of courses was not strong,and the awareness on the training implementation of norms was not high,all these problems or insufficiency could make the training in the company formalized,cannot reach to the ideal effect.In addition,according to the description of the evaluation model sub-module evaluation items,it analyzed the reasons of the insufficiency and the improvement points,and it optimized the training organization,the training culture,the training resources and the project operation,at the same time it provided some effective and reasonable training system support for the strategic planning and the personnel training plan of D company.
