At present,the contradiction between supply and demand of port logistics is an important obstacle to the development of port logistics.As the cradle of port logistics personnel,vocational schools need to adjust their own talent training objectives to the actual demand in port logistics,integrate the educational and practical resource in college,enterprise,to adapt to the development of modern logistics needs of logistics personnel.This paper takes the Qingdao Harbour Vocational & Technical College as the subject,and carries on the thorough research to its general situation in the port logistics personnel training aspect.First,this paper investigates on the college’s logistics personnel training scale,specifications,objectives,core curriculum and practice teaching.Then make comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the Harbour College and its logistics personnel training.Secondly,analyze the port logistics talent demand type,typical working tasks and capacity,what’s more,make analysis on the adaptability of graduates and the actual demand of logistics personnel in the port logistics.Thirdly,through the design of the questionnaire and expert interviews,this paper analyze the contradiction between supply and demand of logistics personnel training in Harbor College,and then find out the root causes of this problem.Finally,according to this problems,this paper puts forward reasonable proposals to improve the port logistics personnel training from five aspects: strengthening the cultivation of applied logistics talents,pay attention to advanced logistics professional knowledge cohesion,make internal and external logistics practice teaching platform,making long term career planning for port logistics talents and improve the port logistics personnel evaluation system.
