In the past 20 years,we often used "infrastructure madman" to describe China’s rapid development.Infrastructure is propelling the development of China’s urbanization.Commercial buildings,real estate and residential buildings have sprung up all over the country.Benefiting from the infrastructure construction,the related industries and enterprises which support construction and building materials have developed rapidly.As an essential part of construction,the air-conditioning industry has also seen rapid growth in China.The number of companies with annual sales exceeding 3 billion has increased to six,comparing to 5 years ago there was only two.In China,the air-conditioning market is dominated by three camps,not only include domestic brands,but also the brands from Western,such as American and European brands,as well as the brands from the other countries in Asia,such as Japanese and Korean brands.In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development,the advantages of domestic brands in the fierce market competition have gradually emerged,occupying nearly one-half of the market,while the other two camps have shown a downward trend as a whole(2021).In the context of the global response to climate change,China’s energy companies are also actively changing."Carbon neutrality" and "carbon peaking" have come into our vision.Under this trend,traditional gas stove companies are facing transformation.The research and development of air-conditioning products powered by clean energy and electric energy has been put on the company’s agenda one after another,and some companies have quickly launched air-conditioning-related products.With the rapid development of the industry,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.DK company is an air-conditioning enterprise with Japanese and Korean brands.In2009,DK Wuhan started the development of the market in the central and western regions,from which DK Wuhan was founded and grew rapidly.Over the past five years,DK Wuhan has introduced more than 100 people every year.At the same time,the internal talent training of the enterprise is also facing new challenges.On the one hand,the growth rate of sales talents can not keep up with the development rate of enterprises,on the other hand,the talent training system for the sales system is in urgent need of reform.Based on the current situation of sales system personnel training of DK Wuhan company,this paper finds the problems of sales system personnel training through multi-dimensional data analysis and interviews.Based on the practical problems of training,find solutions.As the industry leader,DK Wuhan company has no similar successful experience for external enterprises to learn from.We need to explore inward to create our own "hematopoietic" mechanism.In the process of exploration,the more mainstream training methods are studied one by one.It is found that the "experience extraction" method is more in line with the cultural attributes of DK Wuhan company and the needs of curriculum development.Combined with the five dimensions of training scheme design,the secondary development is carried out to create a training scheme based on experience extraction in the marketing system of DK Wuhan company. |
