| Nuclear power is a clean,low-carbon,safe and economical high-quality energy.It is currently a base-load power source that can replace traditional fossil energy on a large scale.It is implementing the "four revolutions,one cooperation" new national energy security strategy,building a modern energy system,and actively responding to the global climate.Changes,comprehensive deepening of structural reforms on the energy supply side,continuously improve the ability of technological innovation,services for the "the Belt and Road",and implementation of the "3060 Carbon Peak Carbon Neutrality" target are playing an increasingly important role.With the world’s first reactor of "HPR1000"-Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 5 successfully connected to the grid for the first time,it indicates that China has fully owned the independent intellectual property rights of the "third-generation" nuclear power technology,and effectively solved the key core technology of nuclear power.This article integrates risk management concepts into the "HPR1000" nuclear power construction project in N City,carrying out project risk management research which is of great significance for project theoretical guidance and engineering practice.However,risk management research on many projects appears to some questions on practical processes,such as management methods are hard to implement in practice,risk prediction is not clear and accurate,and the ability of dealing with unexpected events is incompetent.This article takes the "HPR1000" nuclear power construction project in N City as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the necessity and significance of risk management based on a comprehensive review of the project status;secondly,it uses the work breakdown structure-risk breakdown structure method to analyze and recognize the hazards in programs,and then uses the FAHP to assess and calculate the identified risk factors,and digitize and sort the risk values;at the end,in terms of the data of the risk assessment,effective possible measures of reducing losses and avoiding risks would be put forward targeted with the five different existing risks: policies,safety,and finance of the project,management,and technology.It lays a theoretical foundation for the smooth implementation and operation of the "HPR1000" nuclear power construction project in N City and provides a reference for the risk management of the follow-up "HPR1000" nuclear power project. |
