Research On Secondary Vocational School Teachers' Cultivating Standards In Mechanical Design Manufacture And Automation Major

In order to promote the development of vocational education of mechanical design manufacture and automation major as well as construct a high-quality teacher team for mechanical design manufacture and automation major in secondary vocational education,this thesis makes use of investigation to know the employment needs of vocational schools and enterprises for mechanical design manufacture and automation major,understand the demands for secondary vocational school teachers' working abilities,investigate the problems existing in the cultivation of secondary vocational school teachers from mechanical design manufacture and automation major,research on secondary vocational school teachers' standards and cultivation schemes in mechanical design manufacture and automation major and how to cultivate a lot of secondary vocational school teachers who are equipped with engineers' basis,teachers' capabilities and technicians' techniques for mechanical design manufacture and automation major.In general,this thesis is to do the research on secondary vocational school teachers' standards and cultivation schemes in mechanical design manufacture and automation major.In order to promote the professional qualities of the vocational school teachers,the Ministry of Education and Finance established a project called The Improving Plan for Teachers in Vocational Colleges in 2013,and my supervisor undertook the research on teachers' cultivation of vocational school teacher teams from mechanical design manufacture and automation major.He mainly researched on the teachers' standards,cultivating standards,the evaluating standards of the cultivating quality and the development of distinctive teaching materials for core curriculum for vocational school teacher teams from mechanical design manufacture and automation major.And my research belongs to one of my supervisor's sub-items.That is research on the secondary vocational school teachers' cultivating standards in mechanical design manufacture and automation major.Therefore,this research,to some extent,is not only to meet the needs of the development of vocational education for mechanical design manufacture and automation major,but also to conform the requirements of evaluation norms of personnel training for mechanical design manufacture andautomation major.Using the following research methods: document analysis,questionnaire survey,communication and discussion,telephone interview,visiting specialists,etc,this research makes an intensive study for the cultivating standards of the vocational teachers of home and abroad,the development and demands for talents of mechanical design manufacture and automation major,the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers for mechanical design manufacture and automation major and the relevant specialty and the design of its main courses in college and university.Based on “ The Professional Standards for the Secondary Vocational School Teachers(on Trial)”,combining the features of the major of mechanical design manufacture and automation major,this thesis investigates the secondary vocational school,college and university and machinery enterprises.By conducting questionnaire survey and exchanging among some secondary vocational schools,colleges and universities and enterprises and analyzing the results of the investigation,this thesis is to create the secondary vocational school teachers' standards and cultivation schemes in mechanical design manufacture and automation major.
