must carry out the cultivation of the innovative high-quality talents and actively adapt to the development demand of the modern society.In addition,China has played an increasingly important role in international affairs.English is one of the most widely used international languages and has an important role in school education.English is also an important tool for the individual to develop their own professional ability.As a kind of language application subject,the English has the characteristics of practicality,context and so on,and how to make the students take the initiative to participate in the teaching of English,improve the study of English,and the application ability is the key to the development of the current professional education.Learning is a process in which an individual past experience has a lasting effect on behavioral potential.In the course of learning,the individual psychological phenomenon will have a certain influence on the self-study,and the teacher must explore the effective teaching method based on the students psychological development law in the course of teaching.This paper takes English as an example,takes the mechanical students of secondary vocational schools as the main body,investigates and analyzes the current situation of the knowledge transfer ability of the students in the middle and secondary vocational schools.The survey found that in the course of English teaching,the mechanical students’ learning initiative is not strong,the self-efficacy of the students is low,it is difficult to study the learning of the English,and the teachers ignore the link between the knowledge points in the course of teaching.The students’ ability to grasp the situation application of English is low,which will influence the development of the students professional skills to a certain extent.Knowledge transfer is the influence of the existing knowledge,experience or skill on the learning of new knowledge,experience and skills.The teacher trains the students knowledge transfer in the course of teaching can improve the students’ cognitive structure,strengthen the learning and understanding of the knowledge before and after,and facilitate the study of later knowledge.It is a great significance to develop the students themselves.This paper designs and implements the application of knowledge transfer ability in the English teaching,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the knowledge transfer ability training strategy in the English teaching.This paper,through the reference of the theoretical basis and the research status of the knowledge transfer of the collection and sorting knowledge,analyzes the current situation of the professional English knowledge transfer ability of the mechanical students in the secondary vocational school,and analyzes the current situation of the knowledge transfer ability of the mechanical students in the secondary vocational schools.The training strategies of knowledge transfer ability are summarized in three dimensions of task and scene,and the effectiveness of the training strategy is verified by the design and practice of the teaching case in the Unit 2 A Different School-Listening and Speaking for an example.The practice has proved that the knowledge transfer ability cultivation strategy has a significant effect on the teaching of English,and can improve the learning enthusiasm of the students’ English,improve the learning efficiency of the students,and improve the application ability of the students to English,and help to promote the overall development of the students.The thesis is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,the research background,meaning,method,the present research of the theory of knowledge transfer,etc.;The second chapter is the introduction of the basic concept,the basic theory of the knowledge transfer ability is set forth,and the theoretical guidance is provided for the research;In the third chapter,the current situation of the students and the teachers is carried out,and the current situation and the teaching skills and concepts of the teachers’ teaching skills and ideas are studied;The fourth chapter summarizes the influencing factors of English knowledge transfer ability of mechanical students in secondary vocational schools on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the previous chapter;The fifth chapter,from the three dimensions of the individual,the task and the situation,sums up the training strategy of the ability to transfer the English knowledge of the students of the middle-grade students.This paper,taking the specific unit of the English as an example,carries out the teaching and verifies the effectiveness of the culture strategy;The sixth chapter sums up the conclusions and shortcomings of the research,and provides reference for future research. |
