| In 2019,the ministry of education proposed to raise the development level of secondary vocational education and give vocational education a more prominent position in educational reform,innovation and economic and social development.In-post internship is an important way to cultivate students’ ability in vocational schools,and also a key link to train students’ problem-solving ability in the real environment of enterprises.Its ultimate goal is to make students’ understanding of knowledge and mastery of skills into practical use.The in-post internship of construction major in secondary vocational school is a mode of joint school-enterprise cooperation between engineering construction enterprises and secondary vocational schools to provide internship opportunities for students and to jointly organize,implement and manage them.At present,there are few researches on the on-the-job practice of construction engineering major in secondary vocational schools,and the existing researches are focused on the field of higher vocational colleges.To this end,this study takes a secondary vocational school in G province as an example,focusing on exploring and analyzing how to improve the quality of in-post internship and strengthen the supervision and management during the internship.Based on the existing literature,this study adopts the methods of literature and investigation,based onconstructivist theory and multiple intelligence theory,and conducts an in-depth study on the on-the-job practice of architecture major in a secondary vocational school in G province by sorting out the current literature and investigating a secondary vocational school in G province.Through the practice investigation of a secondary vocational school in G province,it is found that there are some problems in the practice process of secondary vocational construction engineering,such as the mismatch between major and post,the poor effect of school practice teaching,extensive enterprise management and education,and low comprehensive ability of students.At the same time,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the in-post practice in the construction engineering major of the secondary vocational school,and then analyzes the causes,puts forward corresponding substantive suggestions,and optimizes the in-post practice management of the construction engineering major of the secondary vocational school. |
