Study On The Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Industrial Green Development Level In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

The Yangtze River economic belt has an important strategic position in China.Industrial enterprises are also densely distributed.Industry is an important support for the economic development of the Yangtze River economic belt.In the new era,industrial development no longer only pursues the growth of quantity,but also considers how to transform and upgrade the industry to realize the green development of the industry.This requires us to first understand the current situation of industrial development in the Yangtze River economic belt and the current situation of the industrial green development level in the Yangtze River economic belt,so as to analyze the relevant factors affecting the industrial green development level in the Yangtze River economic belt,and then put forward suggestions for improvement.Firstly,this paper calculates the level of industrial green development in the Yangtze River economic belt,and empirically analyzes the relevant influencing factors of the level of industrial green development in the Yangtze River economic belt.This paper first combs the theoretical research on the concept of green development and industrial green development,defines the concept of industrial green development by referring to the existing research basis,and combs the three theoretical basis of industrial green development: the theory of sustainable development,the theory of circular economy and the theory of industrial ecology The field factors are analyzed in four aspects.Entropy method is used to weight the indicators,and the comprehensive score of the industrial green development level of the Yangtze River economic belt is finally obtained.The analysis results show that:(1)since 2003-2017,the overall industrial green development level of the Yangtze River economic belt has been on the rise,with a large growth rate and a relatively fast growth rate.From the perspective of provinces and cities,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Chongqing and Zhejiang are the top fourprovinces in terms of comprehensive scores,while Guizhou,Jiangxi and other economically underdeveloped provinces and cities have low comprehensive scores.(2)From the perspective of four project levels(resource utilization efficiency,environmental governance intensity,innovation driving capacity and growth quality level),the growth rate of innovation driving capacity and growth quality level in the Yangtze River economic belt is relatively large,while the improvement of resource utilization efficiency and environmental governance intensity is relatively small.From2003-2017,Guizhou,Hunan and Chongqing ranked in the top three,while Sichuan ranked in the last.From the change of the average score of environmental governance intensity of each province,Shanghai,Guizhou,Zhejiang and Jiangsu ranked first,while Chongqing ranked last.Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai ranked in the top three in the average score of innovation driven capacity in 2003-2017,while Guizhou and Yunnan ranked last.From the analysis of the average score of the growth quality level of each province,Shanghai,Yunnan and Jiangsu ranked first,while Zhejiang ranked last.(3)From the perspective of the upper,middle and lower reaches,the analysis of the average comprehensive score of 2003-2017 shows that the lower reaches(0.301)> the upper reaches(0.217)> the middle reaches(0.216);from the analysis of internal differences,the highest average score of the upper reaches in 2003-2017 is Chongqing,the lowest in Guizhou,but the largest increase in Guizhou;the average score of the middle reaches in Hubei(0.234)> Hunan(0.22)7)> Anhui(0.214)> Jiangxi(0.190),Anhui has the largest growth rate;the downstream region is Shanghai with the highest growth rate and Zhejiang with the lowest growth rate.Shanghai's growth rate is increasing,while Zhejiang's growth rate is relatively slow.Then,eight factors are selected to analyze the influencing mechanism of the industrial green development level of the Yangtze River economic belt,and indicators are selected from four aspects: economic factor,population factor,government factor and market factor.On this basis,descriptive analysis,stability test and cointegration test are carried out on the data,and Tobit model is used to estimate.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained:(1))The four factors of economic development level,population quality,innovative capital and environmental regulation have a significant positive impact on the industrial green development level of the Yangtze River economic belt,with the influence coefficients of0.094,0.020,0.115 and 0.025 respectively;(2)industrial structure,urbanization level and opening-up level have a significant negative impact on the industrial green development level of the Yangtze River economic belt,while foreign investment The data did not pass the significance test,the influence coefficient was a negative sign,and the influence coefficients were-0.008,-0.003,-0.001,-0.002,respectively.Finally,based on the empirical results of this paper,some suggestions are put forward to promote the green development of industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt:(1)to enhance the innovation driven ability of enterprises.First,we should strengthen cooperation with scientific research institutions and institutions of higher learning,make full use of the talent advantages of scientific research institutions,and transform the theoretical research results into actual productivity;second,we should strengthen the government's guarantee,provide research and development funds for industrial enterprises,and let industrial enterprises with leading economic strength make breakthroughs in cutting-edge technology;third,we should create an enterprise atmosphere that dares to innovate.(2)Optimize the internal industrial structure of the industry.Promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises with high pollution and high energy consumption,and vigorously develop high-tech and low pollution emerging technology industries;and in the process of attracting investment,relevant government departments of all provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt should strictly formulate and implement the admittance criteria for industrial enterprises,be good at learning their advanced technology and management concepts,absorb and transform them into their own advantages,and carry out the same industry share.(3)Improve human capital of industrial enterprises.First,enterprises should attach importance to the development of their employees and establish a talent incentive mechanism;second,they should form a talent exchange mechanism with advanced enterprises and learn the technology of advanced enterprises.(4)Build a mechanism of regional coordinated development.The first is to strengthen the radiation driving role of the Yangtze River Delta,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomerations to form three new engines of the Yangtze River economic belt;the second is to build a long-term ecological compensation mechanism,to clarify the main body,standards and methods of ecologicalcompensation,to ensure that different ecological functional areas can be refined.
