| The green development of comprehensive three-dimensional transportation in cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important part of practicing the concept of green development and jointly building ecological barriers in the new era.This study innovatively introduces carbon emissions as a "bad output" into the measurement of green transportation efficiency,expanding the research object to 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,aiming to explore how to comprehensively and systematically promote the development of green transportation in the entire Yangtze River Economic Belt under the constraints of the "dual carbon" goal.It mainly conducts research on the space-time characteristics,regional differences,and influencing factors of green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,Enriches theoretical research on green transportation efficiency,and proposes policy recommendations for improving green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The first is related concepts,basic theories,and literature research.Based on the research issues in this article,the concepts of "dual carbon" goals,green transportation,green transportation efficiency,and the Yangtze River Economic Belt are defined;The theories of input output,sustainable development,externalities,and regional differences are elaborated;The current research status of transportation carbon emissions measurement,transportation green efficiency,and transportation carbon emissions impact is reviewed and analyzed.The second is the description of the current situation of transportation development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Select three indicators: city size,economic development,and passenger and freight traffic volume to describe the overall situation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt;Based on the institutional background of the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper expounds the historical evolution characteristics and dynamics of the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt during the three periods;This paper analyzes the current situation of transportation development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the perspective of four modes of transportation: highway,rail,waterway,and air transportation,and proposes the existing problems.The third is the calculation and analysis of green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Select reasonable input-output indicators,construct an evaluation index system for green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and calculate the green transportation efficiency of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019 using the Super-SBM model considering unexpected outputs;Analyze green traffic efficiency from a static perspective,and use ArcGIS software to draw spatial maps to reveal the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of green traffic efficiency;The ML index is used to calculate the green transportation efficiency index of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and it is decomposed into technical efficiency and technological progress.The green transportation efficiency is analyzed from a dynamic perspective.The fourth is analysis of spatial differences in green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Based on the measured green transportation efficiency values of 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the Gini coefficient,Theil index,and their decomposition methods are used to calculate the overall Theil index,intraregional and interregional Theil index,and intraregional and interregional contribution rates of green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019.The change trend and main sources of differences in green transportation efficiency in the overall and upper,middle,and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt are analyzed.The fifth is the analysis of factors affecting green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Construct an adjacency spatial weight matrix,calculate the Moran index of green transportation efficiency,and conduct global spatial correlation analysis of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Draw Moran scatter charts for 2010 and2019 to conduct local spatial correlation analysis of the Yangtze River Economic Belt;Based on the sample data of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,a spatial panel model is constructed to analyze the impact of factors such as per capita GDP,total population,urbanization level,the proportion of the secondary industry,the proportion of the tertiary industry,and the green space coverage area on the overall and upper,middle,and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt green transportation efficiency.Finally,there are policy recommendations,conclusions,and prospects.Based on the research conclusions and the actual situation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,policy recommendations for improving green transportation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are proposed;Summarize the main research conclusions and point out the research prospects of this paper. |
