Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Green Development Level In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Promoting green agricultural development is the prerequisite for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and is of great significance to ensure national food safety,resource safety and ecological security.The 18 th CPC National Congress proposed that China should vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization,and the speed of green agricultural development has been significantly accelerated.As an important economic region in China,the Yangtze River economic belt is also an important main grain producing area and rural gathering area in China.It has unique advantages in promoting the green development of agriculture.However,with the rapid economic development of the Yangtze River economic belt,the situation of industrial and agricultural pollution is severe,the ecological environment is deteriorating,and it is difficult to control agricultural non-point source pollution.In view of the development problems,the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas put forward the implementation opinions on supporting the green development of agriculture and rural areas in the Yangtze River economic belt.The opinions pointed out that the Yangtze River Economic Belt should strengthen the protection of ecological environment,the governance of rural residential environment and the revitalization of rural cultural industry,so as to contribute to the realization of green development of agriculture in the Yangtze River economic belt.It can be seen that the green development of agriculture in the Yangtze River economic belt has become the focus of governments and society at all levels.Taking the agricultural development of the Yangtze River economic belt as the focus,this paper explores the level of agricultural green development,explains the connotation of agricultural green development on the basis of relevant theories and literature review at home and abroad,and constructs the driving mechanism of agricultural green development.According to the actual situation of agricultural green development of the Yangtze River economic belt,from the ability of effective utilization of resources,the ability of ecological environment protection Four dimensions and 14 indicators of agricultural green development support and agricultural green supply capacity build an agricultural green development level index system in the Yangtze River economic belt.Firstly,the entropy method is used to measure the level of agricultural green development between the middle,upper and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt and the whole Yangtze River Economic Belt basin.Secondly,select the level of economic development,the level of urbanization,the degree of industrial development,the income gap between urban and rural areas,rural human capital,financial support for agriculture,farmers’ fixed capital investment and other indicators to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural green development in the Yangtze River economic belt,and divide the research objects into the whole Yangtze River economic belt and regional provinces and cities.It is concluded that there are differences between the overall empirical regression results and the subregional empirical results.Finally,based on the above research,in order to better promote the green development of agriculture in the Yangtze River economic belt,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.First,improve the comprehensive ability of agricultural green development in the Yangtze River economic belt;Second,enhance the ability of coordinated development between provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt;Third,accelerate the cultivation of new drivers of green agricultural development in the Yangtze River economic belt;Fourth,give full play to the guiding role of the government in agricultural green development.
