Rapid casting is a technology that combines additive manufacturing processes with traditional casting processes.Due to the differences in additive manufacturing processes,there are many manufacturing methods for rapid casting.At the same time,there are some problems of chaotic management system and unbalanced production line at the rapid casting production site.In this paper,the balance optimization of rapid casting production line for aluminum alloy impeller is studied,and the principle of rapid casting for different additive manufacturing processes is analyzed.Based on customer demand,aiming at the precision index and the shape and size of parts,the rapid casting process for aluminum alloy impeller that can meet customer requirements is selected,at the same time,the problems of production site and the balance optimization of production line were analyzed in the rapid casting workshop of aluminum alloy impeller of RC company.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the manufacturing principle,dimerrsional accuracy and application scenarios of additive manufacturing technology were analyzed,and the casting materials and quality accuracy of different kinds of rapid casting processes were studied.According to the size parameters and precision requirements of aluminum alloy impeller,the rapid casting process was selected,and the aluminum alloy impeller workshop of RC company was selected as the research site.Secondly,taking the casting process line and machining process line in the workshop as the research object,the operation measurement and record of the production line were carried out.The simulation model of the production line was established by using the simulation software ARENA and the operation of the production line was simulated.The bottleneck process which has the greatest influence on the balance of the production line is found by analyzing the simulation results.Using the method of program analysis to optimize the production process and reduce the uneconomical operation such as transportation.The model method was used to optimize the bottleneck process.The standard operation and standard time of the bottleneck process were established.The balance rate of the rapid casting production line of aluminum alloy impeller was improved,the work stations of the production line were more balanced,and the queuing of the process was reduced.Using the optimization method of production site management,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the production site,standardizes the operation of workers,improves the production efficiency,and provided a clean and humanized working environment for workers.Finally,the software ARENA was used to model and simulate the two optimized production lines,and the optimization effect was verified by comparing the parameters of the production lines before and after optimization.The capacity of bottleneck process of the optimized production line was bettered,the production cycle of manufacturing parts was shortened,the bottleneck process was improved,and the balance rate of the production line was improved. |
