Automobile glass and automobile output are closely related.In recent ten years,the automobile output of our country shows a rising trend,which increases the demand of the automobile glass market.In terms of industry products,Chinese automobile glass will develop highly with "quantity change" and "quality change" in the future,and the production of glass will not go around the balance problem of the production line itself naturally.Production line balance refers to the technical means and methods of equalizing all production processes and adjusting operation load to make each operation time as close as possible,with the purpose of eliminating the efficiency loss and overproduction caused by the imbalance between operations.Production line balance is a great knowledge,which is directly related to the normal operation of production line.The balance rate of production line determines the utilization rate of equipment and personnel and limits the improvement of production capacity of production line to some extent.This paper studies the optimization design of H Company’s automotive glass production line based on balance and related intelligent algorithms.Firstly,in the balancing process,relevant information is extracted with the help of the idea of digital twinning,combined with the actual production line field testing and monitoring and image method,to determine the operation beat of each station and production line balance rate,production beat,productivity and efficiency,etc.,and balance optimization is carried out on the actual production line first,in which the optimization of edge grinding part adopts genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution.At the request of the company,improved adaptive PSO and GA were used to optimize the vehicle checkpoint routing in the new production line.In terms of logistics,improved adaptive GA optimization is used to optimize the vehicle distribution route,and NSGA2 multi-objective optimization after modification is compared.After calculating the data after the balance optimization of the production line and comparing all the contents before and after the optimization,it is found that the optimization effect is very obvious,and the balance rate is nearly doubled compared with that before the optimization,which proves the effect of the balance optimization.Secondly,after the balance optimization of the actual production line is completed,because the layout of the production line has been built on Visual Components software,including glass model,mechanical arm model,AGV model,intelligent storage model,etc.,so after the completion of the entire production line,a little software simulation run.Then the balance optimization data of the actual production line is adjusted to the virtual production line.Through the long time simulation operation,the problem is found and improved,and another scheme is put forward.The relevant statistics are given and the collision detection of the whole production line is completed.PLC real-time connection based on virtual-real interaction visual component is introduced.Finally,in order to further comprehensive optimization,according to the actual needs of H company,the software design of the glass strength testing system and the glass seal testing system is carried out.Both of them are simple Internet of Things software with perfect functions,simple software interface and easy operation,so that operators can complete the work efficiently and correctly and experience good human-computer interaction.The functions of the strength testing system include:main interface,parameter setting,data management,sample entry,result query,mechanical testing of vehicle glass strength,user management,etc.The sealing test system can be set and operated on the main interface,system management information,pressure control,data acquisition,sensors,pressure test parameters,shock-proof dynamic sealing device,etc.
