| The structure of manufacturing industry in the digital economy has been getting better and better.In the last few years,we have been expanding the popularity of reality devices,and the demand for smart glasses for customers has also increased,the demand for customer smart glasses market also increases,if the general manufacturing industry cannot adapt to the changing market,adjust the business model,reduce the production cost of smart glasses and inventory backlog,eliminate the waste of resources in the smart glasses production line,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,otherwise their survival environment will be more severe.The company F selected in this paper is a manufacturer of smart glasses and spare parts.Along with the boom of the market of expanded practical equipment,the customer demand for smart glasses of F Company is gradually increasing.At present,the production line capacity cannot meet the customer demand,and there are problems such as uneven distribution of human resources and rising costs.The surface mounting production line of smart glasses of F Company is the research object.According to the current situation of F company,the causes of the problems are analyzed and the optimization scheme is proposed.First of all,the organizational structure of F Company is described,the production flow chart is drawn,and the current situation of the process flow,layout and site management of F Company’s smart glasses surface mounting production line is analyzed.Then,according to the current situation,problems such as redundancy of process flow,unreasonable layout planning and site chaos are found.In terms of process flow,the use of quick wire change to accelerate surface installation and wire change,reduce unnecessary time,save labor cost and time cost,the use of "5W1H" method,ECRS principle,optimize the bottleneck process,so that the production line to achieve balance;In the arrangement of production line,SLP method is used to optimize the unreasonable arrangement.In the production site management,the implementation of 6S management,Kanban management,the establishment of scientific site management system,through the implementation of the above measures to optimize the production line process,layout,site,so as to improve production,reduce costs,to meet customer needs.Then the Flexsim simulation model was established,and the optimization analysis of the surface mounting production line was carried out according to the Flexsim simulation results.Finally,from the production line process,production line layout,production site management and other three aspects of the optimization of safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan.The optimization of F Company’s smart glasses surface mounting production line not only shortens the manufacturing cycle of the production line and speeds up the product circulation,but also the production quantity meets the requirements of customers,enhances the company’s competitiveness and provides a reference for other electronic manufacturers. |
