With the rapid development of China’s new energy industry,the market demand for various types of batteries is increasing,and the battery industry is developing rapidly.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,as a manufacturing enterprise,L company needs to study how to reduce costs and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,and improve the production line to meet the diversified product demand and improve the order delivery cycle.In this thesis,the production line of L company is studied as follows:Based on the on-site investigation of L company’s T200 production,according to the relevant data collected in the production practice of L company’s workshop,this thesis calculates the standard operation time of each process,and finds that the current balance level of the production line is poor.Combined with the on-site production process analysis,this thesis proposes to optimize the layout of the workshop and the balance of the production line.First,the SLP method is used to redesign the layout of T200 production site of L company.Through the analysis of the logistics relationship and non logistics relationship between each production unit,the comprehensive relationship level between each production unit is summarized.According to the actual situation of the production workshop,the new general layout of the production workshop is completed.Then,the production process of L company’s battery pack production line is analyzed to find out the existing problems in the production line.The relevant methods of industrial engineering are used to improve the process,so as to reduce the operation time of bottleneck process and several processes that have a greater impact on the balance of the production line.At the same time,the process with more transportation activities and repeated detection of the production line is reasonably optimized,The balance rate of the new production line is increased from 55% to 80%.Next,Flexsim is used to simulate the layout of the workshop and the position of the production line before and after the optimization.The simulation results show that the optimized layout can greatly reduce the logistics intensity of the workshop,and reduce the logistics transportation intensity of the production line by 24% every day.At the same time,it solves the problems of material transportation congestion and repeated transportation between the production positions,The new workshop layout is feasible.At the same time,after the improvement of the production line,the utilization rate of the station has been improved,the idle rate has been reduced,and the production efficiency of the production line has been improved.Through the optimization of T200 production process and workshop layout of L company,the production efficiency of L company has been improved,the cost has been further reduced,the order cycle has been shortened,and the market competitiveness has been continuously enhanced.It also has a certain reference value for the production line optimization of similar enterprises. |
