The market environment makes the automotive manufacturing to shorten the product cycle time, to increase product variety, to reduce product volume. The purpose of line balancing is to increase the resource utilization rate, to shorten manufacturing periods, to reduce stack in producing, which leads to better quality, lower cost and higher efficiency. This paper puts research on the press lines of SGMW. Conducting in-depth research and analysis of the press lines of multi-species mixing production to achieve balance related methods. Research from the following aspects:Firstly, analyzed the current development status and trends of production line balancing;Secondly, analyzed of the existing mode of stamping production line, by comparing the differences of manual and automatic press lines, a balanced solution is obtained;Thirdly, discussed the application of lean production in the production balancing. As the special process, to achieve the production line, production balance each process very difficult; to solve the above be of crucial importance Lines, the process time averagely, while on the job for standard, to the production line smooth flow;Fourthly, according to SGMW press shop actual production demand, use of simulation technology on the production line in each combination is simulated and the simulation to analyze the actual situation to find the best production combination, to achieve a balanced load each line of production, so that each workshop production of parts can be produced with the best way; Finally, integrated production system to develop a press scheduling software to improve punching accuracy and scheduling scheduling efficiency and improve plant efficiency.
