| With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era,all walks of life have accelerated their technological transformation,and the traditional bag manufacturing industry has also begun to explore the operation mode of lean production.In recent years,as a big bag manufacturing country,China’s bag production and export quantity are in the forefront of the world.With the increasing number of bag manufacturing enterprises and the continuous improvement of labor cost,the competition in the bag market is becoming more and more fierce.Eliminating all kinds of waste in bag production and reducing production cost are important means to make the bag enterprise stand out from the competition.This article takes ZX enterprise S bag production line as an example.Through the investigation and research on the field,it was found that the production facilities layout of the enterprise was not reasonable enough,and the logistics routes were crossed and roundabout.The rate of the production line balance was low,and the working time of different stations varied greatly.The production line personnel management system was not perfect and employees’ work intensity was larger.For the problems of the enterprise,it was optimized and improved from the three aspects of production line layout,production line balance and production line personnel management.First of all,SLP method was used to plan and design the layout of S bag production line.Then,the program analysis method and operation analysis method of IE were used to improve the S bag production line balance rate,and the production line before optimization and after optimization were modeled and simulated with the help of Flex Sim software.Finally,based on the theory of human factor engineering,some suggestions were put forward to optimize the operating environment and reduce the physical fatigue of employees of S bag production line.Through optimization and improvement,the logistics transport distance of ZX enterprise S bag production line was reduced by 13.36%,and the handling workload was reduced by30.21%.The production line balance rate increased from 43.98% to 73.86%.The simulated daily output of bags increased from 1200 pieces to 1540 pieces.At the same time,it also increased employees’ satisfaction with the work.The research and suggestions on the improvement of S bag production line in this paper are of guiding significance to the manufacturing enterprises with similar production mode of ZX enterprise. |
