Study On Land Resources Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Evaluation In Bijie

Land resources are important carriers of population,resources,environment,society,and economy,and they provide the most basic material guarantee for social and economic construction and development.However,a limited amount of land resources is irreplaceable for scarce resources.In a certain period of time and under certain productivity conditions,the carrying capacity of land resources in a certain area is limited.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of industrialization and urbanization level in Bijie,the number of population has increased sharply,the demand for land resources has continued to increase,the number of cultivated land resources has decreased year by year,coupled with serious soil erosion,the wide range of rock desertification,the poor quality of cultivated land,and the contradiction between human and land.Therefore,in order to realize the sustainable utilization of land resources in Bijie and the sustainable development of social economy,it is of great significance to study the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in Bijie,and explore countermeasures and suggestions for improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources.The thesis is based on the analysis of social and economic development of Bijie,the current situation,the characteristics and the existing problems of land resource utilization.According to the principles of scientificity and systematic coordination,an evaluation system for comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources has been constructed from the four aspects of water and land resources,ecological environment,economy and society.With standardizing each indicator through the range transformation method,determining the weights using the mean square error decision method,using the comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources,we can analyze the dynamic changes and spatial differences of the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in Bijie,and propose improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in Bijie with corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:(1)The characteristics of land use in Bijie are as follows: the total amount of land resources is large,but the per capita occupancy is small;the ratio of mountains is large,the area of rocky desertification is wide;the area of agricultural land is large,the quality of cultivated land is poor,and the ratio of slopes is large.At present,the problems of land use are as follows: the contradiction between human and land is increasing;the ecological environment is fragile,the soil erosion is serious;the utilization efficiency of land resource is low.(2)Overall,the level of comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in Bijie in 2012-2017 has increased year by year,and the evaluation score has increased from 0.3400 to 0.7284.Among them,the carrying capacity of water and soil resources showed obvious fluctuations,and the carrying capacity of the ecological environment showed a rising trend.The economic carrying capacity increased year by year,and the growth rate was rapid,and the social carrying capacity increased significantly.(3)There are obvious differences in the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in each county of Bijie.The highest value is 0.7429 of Jinsha,the lowest value is 0.3221 of Weining,the average value is 0.4971.Soil and water resources carrying capacity is higher supporting role in the region with low comprehensive carrying capacity,and economy carrying capacity is lower.The contributions of the four bearing subsystems in the region with medium comprehensive bearing capacity are relatively balanced and the difference is smaller.The supporting role of regional economic carrying capacity with higher comprehensive carrying capacity is higher.(4)Bijie can be divided into three grade carrying capacity areas.Among them,the low area includes Hezhang and Weining,the medium includes Dafang,Qianxi and Zhijin,and the high area includes Jinsha,Nayong and Qixingguan.The carrying capacity area of the same grade has continuity in space,and presents the spatial differentiation characteristic of "high in the East and low in the west".(5)According to the results of the evaluation,some suggestions are put forward to improve the land comprehensive carrying capacity of Bijie from the aspects of controlling population scale and protecting cultivated land resources.
