Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Land Resources Carrying Capacity In Hefei

At present,Chinese between population and land resources,ecological environment problems gradually,with little land resources(about 7%)to support the largest in the history of the population(about 22%),the use of land resources and its bearing capacity has become an important research content of land resource management.Hefei is the leading city in Anhui Province,which has a leading position in politics,economy,culture and so on.It is one of the important parts of the Yangtze River delta.In recent years,along with the Hefei industrialization and urbanization,the city infrastructure construction and industrial structure adjustment,increase the amount of construction land,the scarcity of land resources can not meet the needs of the people on it,and more contradictions between land resources and population increasing demand.In this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)This paper summarizes and land resources carrying capacity on the relationship between the concept and the sustainable utilization and sustainable utilization of land resources,summarizes the research progress of theory,land resource scarcity theory,regional development and industrial layout theory and experts and scholars at home and abroad;from the geography,hydrology and climate in Hefei city natural resources,environment,population and other aspects of the administrative division,summed up the current Hefei city land utilization problems,lays the foundation for constructing evaluation index system.(2)Analyzed the general situation of Hefei city and Hefei city land use present situation and problems of arable land,and land resources shortage,the need to develop unused land,improve land utilization rate.The three criteria of economy,society and ecology are selected,and the weights of the evaluation indexes are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),on the basis of which,the calculation,the induction and the general situation of the 13 evaluation indexes are given.From the evaluation results,the bearing capacity of land resources of Hefei change trend,Hefei city social capacity have risen trend with different degrees of force and economic capacity,are social bearing capacity from weak to rise to strong economic capacity by weak medium rise,but the ecological environment carrying capacity decreased by weak medium.(3)The social carrying capacity of Hefei city in the period of 2009-2013 is from weak to strong,and the economic carrying capacity is from weak to moderate,but the bearing capacity of ecological environment is reduced from medium to weak.Along with the Hefei industrialization and urbanization,city infrastructure struction and industrial structure adjustment,the demand for land is increasing,therefore,the protection of Hefei city land reserve resources is very necessary.(4)According to the Hefei area and the characteristics of land resources,from the aspects of economic,social and ecological aspects,put forward to improve the bearing capacity of land resources of Hefei relevant measures to achieve and realize the sustainable utilization of land resources of Hefei city.It mainly includes the development of Hefei's economy,the level of economic development,the development of population in Hefei,the promotion of ecological civilization construction and the improvement of ecological environment quality in Hefei.
