Research On Multi-agent Collaboration In Straw Resource Utilization In J City

Saving resources and protecting the environment are the only way to build an ecological civilization.we will build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society during the green development.Recycling agricultural wastes contributes to the development of green agriculture and green industries.J City was selected as a comprehensive demonstration city of national energy conservation and emission reduction fiscal policy,and it started the straw resource utilization project.It is of great practical significance to study the multi-agent collaboration problem in the utilization of straw resources in City J,which not only promotes the utilization of straw to improve the environment,but also promotes the realization of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity to a certain extent.At present,many domestic and foreign scholars have carried out theoretical research on waste utilization,and these results have laid a solid foundation for our next research.However,the existing research is mainly based on qualitative research methods,lack of first-hand research,and the domestic theoretical research on waste utilization mostly studies the impact of a single part on the development of waste utilization.Therefore,from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,this study takes J City as a case,using case study method,along "what is the main body and its behavior in straw resource utilization" ? "What are the problems of multi-agent collaboration in straw resource utilization" ? " How to promote multi-agent collaboration in the utilization of straw resources " to research.The three main part(government,company,and farmer)and their behaviors in the utilization of straw resources in J City are analyzed,and the problems in the internal and external collaboration of the three types of main part are analyzed.On the basis of it,the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting multi-agent collaboration in the utilization of straw resources are put forward from the government,company and farmer.Possible innovations in this article: The first is innovation from a research perspective.This article takes the cooperation of main bodies in the utilization of straw resources in J City as an entry point.Based on the perspective of multi-agent cooperation,it discusses how the main part have built a multi-agent cooperative system in the development of the utilization of straw resources.The problems and causes of interaction in the process of collaboration,and put forward suggestions on multi-agent collaborative countermeasures to promote the utilization of straw resources.The second is proper research methods.This article selects J City,which has been using straw as a resource for many years,as a typical case to carry out research.Through the combination of normative research and empirical research,the use of literature collection,field interviews and questionnaire survey methods to collect information and data.Then analyzes the multi-agents and their behavior in straw resource utilization in J City.On this basis,it analyzes the coordination problems of the three main part and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting multi-agent collaborative governance in the utilization of straw resources...
