| China is a big country in agriculture and a big straw producer.With the continuous development of agriculture,the output of crops has increased,and the output of straw has also been increasing.The crop straw resources in Hubei Province are very abundant,and the phenomenon of incineration and waste is also very serious.In this regard,we would like to know,how is the distribution of straw resources in Hubei Province?What is the current utilization situation of straw resources in Hubei Province?What benefits can be brought to Hubei Province?Based on this,the paper will calculate the crop straw resource density in Hubei Province in 2015,select three main crops of rice,wheat,and corn,from the perspective of time and space,discuss the status of crop straw resources in Hubei Province,and put forward policy recommendations.Specifically,this paper estimates that the output of major crops in Hubei Province in 2015 was approximately 28,183,000 t,the theoretical resources of straw were approximately 36,164,400 t,the amount of resources available for stalk collection was 23,370,700 t,and the total available amount was 16,160,444 t,combined with Hubei.The current situation of the comprehensive utilization of straw resources in the province is analyzed to find out the existing problems and propose policy recommendations to provide reference for local government decision-making.The article collated the relevant literature on the distribution of straw resources,the utilization of straw,and the problems existing in the utilization of straw,and made a brief review.On this basis,the article calculated innovatively the distribution density of straw in all counties and cities of Hubei Province,and used GIS software to intuitively demonstrate the density distribution differences among regions.At the same time,the article introduced in detail the current use of straw:fertilization,feed,fuel,base material,raw material utilization,and the results achieved by various local governments in Hubei Province in the comprehensive utilization of straw.Comprehensive analysis found that there are still the following problems in comprehensive utilization of straw in Hubei:(1)From the perspective of farmers,the main reasons affecting farmers' choice of straw comprehensive utilization methods are:capital,machinery,market,time,and technology;(2 From the perspective of enterprises,factors such as high collection and transportation costs,low project investment returns and low government subsidy are problems that need to be solved in the development of industrialization of comprehensive utilization of crop straw resources in Hubei Province.(3)From the perspective of the government,there are still immature key technologies for comprehensive utilization of straw,insufficient promotion of comprehensive utilization methods and technologies of straw,and lack of overall plans for straw storage,storage,and transportation systems,and lack of targeted guidance and legal protection of comprehensive utilization of straw.The main conclusions are:Hubei Province has abundant crop straw resources,but its comprehensive utilization rate is not high,and there is a phenomenon of being burned and wasted.The utilization part is mainly based on the use of farmland,and the use of high value-added methods occupies relatively little.The government(1)plans overall plans for the collection,storage and transportation of straw;(2)increases the promotion of comprehensive utilization of straw;(3)guides the comprehensive utilization of straw according to local conditions;(4)rationalizes the use of straw structure;(5)improves laws and regulations,plus Big subsidies. |
