With the rapid development of China's economy,conventional fossil energy is continuously consumed,and the development and utilization of unconventional oil and gas such as shale gas has become an important choice.However,the exploitation of shale gas has a large amount of water resources demand.To ensure that the amount of water available for shale gas exploitation is adequate and does not affect local water normal usage,it is necessary not only to improve policies,laws and regulations,but also to get the guidance of science and technology.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a visual database of water resources carrying capacity and apply it to the evaluation system.This work designed and implemented a database of water resources carrying capacity for shale gas exploitation and evaluation system based on B/S(Browser/Server)architecture.On the basis of detailed research on the domestic and international research status of water resources carrying capacity,geographic information system,database technology and environmental spatial information system,the geographical and hydrological conditions of the shale gas exploitation area in the Sichuan Basin are collected,and the characteristics of the research area are combined.Determine the spatial data and attribute data required for the database of water resources carrying capacity for shale gas exploitation,and classify and stratify the relevant data.Through the system requirements analysis,the related functions and their prototypes are designed.According to their functional requirements,the basic database structure and lists are implemented using SQL server.Based on software of Arc GIS 10.2,the digital elevation model of the research block is subjected to projection transformation,factor tailoring,hydrological analysis and data entry to complete spatial information processing.Finally,the database and system are implemented using computer languages such as C#,JS,HTML,and CSS.The database of water resources carrying capacity for shale gas exploitation and evaluation system developed by the company mainly consists of four application modules: information query,life cycle assessment for water consumption,carrying capacity evaluation and data management,which can provide scientific support for water consumption of shale gas exploitation and water transfer decision.
