Research On Science And Technology Support And Countermeasures Of Marine Economic Innovation And Development In Beibu Gulf

Under the wave of developing the oceans in the world,the role of marine science and technology has become more and more prominent.The construction of a maritime power is inseparable from the advancement and innovation of science and technology.Therefore,vigorously developing marine science and technology and improving the supporting role of marine science and technology in the development of the marine economy are particularly important.The Beibu Gulf region,as a key strategic area of the national ocean,has a rich variety of marine resources and great potential for development.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the scientific and technological support in the marine economic innovation and development of the region.Based on the theory of innovation,the theory of new economic growth,and the theory of sustainable development,this paper comprehensively applies interdisciplinary cross-disciplinary knowledge such as management,statistics,and economics,as well as systematic research,comprehensive evaluation based on entropy method,and compare research.The method,based on a review of domestic and foreign marine science and technology,marine economy and the relationship between marine science and marine economy,defines relevant concepts such as marine science and technology,marine science and technology innovation,and supporting power of science and technology;then analyzes the development of Beibu Gulf marine economy with some cities as representatives.The status quo of science and technology support and existing problems;using the comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weighting to empirically study the scientific and technological support of the development of the marine economy in Beibu Gulf,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the scientific and technological support for the development of the marine economy in Beibu Gulf,with a view to the Beibu Gulf area.I hope it can provide some references for the improvement of marine science and technology innovation ability and the sustainable development of marine economy in Beibu Gulf region.This essay consists of seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly collects and organizes relevant literatures,discusses the research background and research significance,and presents the research contents,research ideas and research methods on the basis of reviewing the research status at home and abroad,and discusses the innovation points;The second part is that relevant concepts are defined and the relevant theories are elaborated.The third part is based on the investigation,taking some cities in Beibu Gulf as the representative,analyzing the current situation and existing problems of scientific and technological support for the innovation and development of Beibu Gulf marine economy,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote scientific and technological support for the innovation and development of Beibu Gulf marine economy;The fifth part introduces the practice of marine technology development in the United States and Japan,and summarizes the experience of the development of marine science and technology in the two countries;The sixth part proposes countermeasures to promote marine science and technology to support the innovation and development of the Beibu Gulf marine economy;The seventh part elaborates the conclusions and discussions of this paper and summarizes the full text.Through research,the following basic understanding is formed:(1)Under the background of the development of the ocean wave in the world,the role of marine science and technology has become increasingly prominent.Strengthening marine science and technology innovation and increasing the contribution of scientific and technological progress to the marine economy are the direction of the efforts of all countries in the world.The role has been given a certain degree of attention,and a number of related policy plans have been formulated and promulgated.(2)The strength of marine technology in the Beibu Gulf has gradually increased,but the gap is still relatively large compared with other regions in China.According to investigation and research,it is shown that the marine technology in the Beibu Gulf area is incompatible with the innovation and development of the marine economy,the scientific and technological quality of the marine economic workers is low,the application of marine scientific and technological achievements is insufficient,the marine science and technology service system is not sound enough,and the marine science and technology policy is imperfect problem.(3)The comprehensive evaluation research based on entropy method weighting shows that the scientific and technological support capacity of marine economy in Beibu Gulf has been on the rise in the past 10 years,and it has declined in individualyears;through the Beibu Gulf area and the other four major marine economic zones in China.A horizontal static comparison study found that the comprehensive level of scientific and technological support for the development of the marine economy in the Beibu Gulf is low,and the supporting capacity of marine science and technology input,output and efficiency is obviously insufficient.(4)To enhance the support of science and technology for the innovation and development of Beibu Gulf marine economy,we need to attach great importance to the development of marine science and technology,rely closely on Marine Science and technology to develop marine economy,and take corresponding measures to support it from the aspects of policy,institutional mechanism,talents,service,innovation,platform and funds.
