Research On The Financial Support In The Development Of Marine Economy In Zhejiang

In recent years,with the continuous growth of the global population,the growing shortage of land resources and the substantial increase in energy consumption,exploring new living environment and development space has become an important task to be solved by governments and scientists.Faced with such sharp contradiction of population and land,exploitation of Marine resources is the inevitable trend of future economic development.China,as a big ocean country,has rich marine resources,but what does not match is that China's current marine economic base is still relatively weak.To this end,in 2010,the "12th Five-Year plan" of China proposed to vigorously develop the marine economy.Since then,China has officially started managing and planning a oceanic journey.On Feb 5th,2011,the State Council formally approved the "Zhejiang marine economic development demonstration zone plan",while,in the same year on June 30,the State Council also approved the establishment of the New District of Zhoushan Islands.Since then,Zhejiang's marine economic construction has risen to national strategy.It can be seen that the marine economy is rising,and the development of marine economy is bound to require a lot of capital investment.Therefore,financial support is particularly important in the development of marine economy.But the marine industry has its unique financing characteristics,and we can not simply copy the financial support model of land economic development in the past.For this reason,this paper chooses the big province of Marine economy——Zhejiang Province as a case study.Through the analysis of the financial needs of its marine industry,the current financing environment and the status of financial support,combining with the successful experience of other countries in marine economic and financial support,this paper designs a financial support program for the development of marine economy in Zhejiang which is based on "Zhejiang ocean industry fund" as the main carrier,hoping to be able to provide some help for the development of marine economy in our province.
