| In twenty-first Century,due to the rapid development of international economy,global climate anomalies gradually increased,frequent natural disasters around the world,have posed a serious threat to human life and property safety,for the prevention of various disasters has become the major problem facing the world.Because of the increasing range of human activities in recent years,the threat of geological hazards to human is becoming more and more serious.When faced with various geological disasters,human beings are often subjected to huge personal life threats and property losses.How to scientifically carry out the management of the prevention and control of geological disasters is of great significance to our country.This paper takes Shanxi city of Linfen Province as an example,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of geological disaster situation of Linfen city and each county to carry out geological disaster management work,to work in Linfen city to collect the city geological disaster prevention status information,through the AHP and expert scoring method to evaluate the jurisdiction of the Linfen city the county geological disaster prevention and management work,establish the method of comprehensive analysis of geological disaster prevention and management of dynamic,comprehensive analysis of the status quo,prevention and management evaluation of each county geological disaster County Geological Disaster counties economic development situation,the score of three,found that geological disaster prevention and management work in Linfen city has professional technical ability of staff is not high,the geological conditions the examination and approval,professional and technical means to control deficiencies,lack of risk is not strong,autonomous engineering efforts to carry out agricultural disaster move There are 6 problems in the imperfection of the relocationand the comprehensive development of the management of the prevention and control.And targeted to strengthen human resources allocation,improve the level of scientific and technological prevention and control,strictly control the approval process,strengthen hidden danger point,autonomous project development,scientific formulation of agricultural disaster relocation plan,and comprehensively carry out 6 aspects of geological hazard prevention and control.It is of positive significance to improve the control and management of the actual geological hazards in Linfen,and also provides reference for the prevention and control of geological disasters in other areas. |
