Shangnan county is located at the southern foot of the eastern Qinling Mountains.With complex geological structure,large altitude drop and developed valleys,Shangnan county is one of the districts and counties with the most serious geological disasters in Shaanxi Province.Shangnan county is located in the middle reaches of Danjiang River of Hanjiang River System in the Yangtze River Basin.It is also an important water source conservation area and water quality guarantee area of Danjiangkou Reservoir in the middle section of the South to North Water Transfer Project.It is also an important functional bearing area and ecological environment guarantee area to ensure that one river of clean water is supplied to Beijing and Tianjin.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,there are some overexploitation and unreasonable utilization of natural resources in the county.This phenomenon has led to the imbalance of natural ecology and the destruction of geological environment,resulting in the frequent occurrence of various geological disasters,which has greatly threatened the safety of people lives and properry.Therefore,it is imperative to study the comprehensive prevention and control of geological disasters in Shangnan county to effectively reduce losses and ensure the safety of the masses.On the basis of collecting and sorting out a large number of basic geological conditions and geological disaster data in the study area,this paper carried out geological disaster investigation and evaluation,and carried out the comprehensive prevention and control of geological disasters in Shangnan county from the following three aspects.(1)Through field investigation and theoretical research,the geological disasters are evaluated and classified according to the three levels of disaster category,disaster type and disaster type.This paper discusses the formation mechanism of geological disasters,finds out the main influencing factors,objectively evaluates them,establishes the risk zoning method of geological disasters,and puts forward the prevention and control principles of geological disasters.(2)Through the cause analysis,development characteristics and distribution law of geological disasters in Shangnan County,this paper makes a comprehensive risk assessment of geological disasters from the three aspects of geological disaster susceptibility,risk and vulnerability,and then puts forward corresponding geological disaster prevention and control measures,focusing on the specific implementation scheme of typical prevention and control measures-relocation and avoidance.At the same time,through the establishment of a comprehensive disaster prevention and control system,the relevant work responsibilities are clarified.(3)Combined with the actual situation of tongshutu landslide in jinsixia Town,Shangnan County,the stability of tongshutu landslide in jinsixia Town,a tourist attraction,is studied by using the rigid body limit equilibrium method and numerical simulation.The safety factors of three sections of slope under natural and saturated conditions are obtained.The natural conditions are greater than the specification requirements,and the slope is in a stable state;The stability coefficients of the three typical profiles under saturated state are all less than 1.0,so there are potential safety hazards.Based on the stability analysis results,a comprehensive treatment scheme(anchor cable anti slide pile+graded slope cutting+interception and drainage+supporting seepage ditch+monitoring)is proposed. |
