Chenzhou city,as one of the most serious region of geological hazards in hunan province,the number of geological hazards in recent years,geological hazard and direct economic losses are more significant,geological disaster prevention and control of the situation is very serious.Based on the information construction of geological disaster prevention and control in chenzhou city,this paper probes into the information construction of geological disaster prevention and control in chenzhou city.Chenzhou city geological disaster prevention and control of information construction in geological disaster emergency command center construction,geological disaster early warning and emergency linkage,geological disaster prevention and control of expert database system for the prevention and control of geological disasters and project construction has obtained the good achievement.Chenzhou city geological disaster prevention,however,existing in the informatization construction of ideological understanding to ascend,the low degree of funding,a lack of information talent,information management system of geological disaster system,and lack of geological hazard prevention and control of information construction is scientific problems also not allow to ignore.Investigate its reason,mainly is the insufficient recognition and understanding of information construction,insufficient funds,personnel strength is weak,insufficient information resources development and utilization,and application of science and technology innovation ability is low.To enhance comparative of chenzhou city geological hazard prevention and control of information construction at home and abroad,this paper selected the India and the United States in terms of foreign and domestic selection of shangluo and duyun city as a comparative object,at the same time of introducing them to create experience,from the full use of the Internet platform to realize integrated management of emergency resources,make full use of advanced technology and means,to strengthen the construction of early warning system,establishing the efficient scientific geological disaster information management system,etc,to interpret the creation experience of chenzhou city.Combined with the actual situation and the cause of chenzhou city,this paper argues that should improve the cognition height of informatization construction,form the specification of chenzhou geological disaster prevention and control ofinformatization system,rationalize ZhiQuanZe relations,strengthen professional talent team construction,improve the operating mechanism,strengthening funds safeguard informatization,strengthening the construction of supporting ability of science and technology and so on seven aspects to promote informatization construction to chenzhou city geological disaster prevention.
