Lueyang county is located in southwest of shaanxi province, where terrain is relatively complicated.In recent years, with the human construction activities intensified, the geological disasters frequent occurred, So human being's life and wealth are seriously threatened, and local economic construction and development are strongly restricted.This paper analyzes the type,scale,developmental characteristics and distribution of the geological disasters in Lueyang county.By information system spatial analysis and harassing coefficient method,geological hazard zoning is made in Lueyang county,which is based on qualitative evaluation; According to the distribution of geological disasters in Lue Yang county, the method of qualitative evaluation is selected to assess the danger of regional geological hazard, the whole region is divided into three stages,which are high-risk area, medium-risk area and low-risk area;Analysis of the situation of existing geological disasters in Lue Yang cuntry, the method of qualitative evaluation is selected to assess the prevention of regional geological hazard, the whole region is divided into three stages,which are key control area, times priority control area and general control area.There are two key conrol area,eight times priority control area and else is general control area. According to the specific circumstances of geological disasters in Lueyang county, the mass prediction and disaster prevention system of geological disasters and the emergency management system of geological disasters is established,which is based on the Geological disaster areas of Lue Yang county, that ensure the professional geological disaster monitoring of Lueyang county, promote the prevention of geological disasters system of Lueyang county, improve the abilities of forecast and warning and emergency handling of unexpected disasters, provides an important guarantee for disaster prevention and mitigation of disaster in Lue Yang county.This paper analyzes the typical points of mass prediction and disaster prevehtion,like Dujia Landslide, Phoenix landslide, Liujia kan collapse,Mati wan mudslides, which make the hazard analysis through stability, hazard level of history, harmful levels and offer a proposal of prevention. Among this, according to using the method of A.E.Scheidegger's and the method of energy to calculate the slippery speed of Dujia landslide and its sliding distance analysis, the hazards of Dujia landslide is great, so should immediate take the Comprehensive measures to prevent which is using friction pile, Grading cutting slope and reducing load, interception and drainage; according to calculation the hazard range of Phoenix landslide analysis, the hazards of Phoenix landslide is great, so should immediate take the Comprehensive measures to prevent which is combination of retaining,drainage, reducing load; using the method of experience calculation to calculate the speed and distance of drop stones in Liujia kan collapse, the analysis results show that the hazards of Liujia kan collapse is big, should should take the measures of combining initiative risk prevention with passive control; according to using the formula of LiuXiLin experience to calculate the endanger scope of Mati wan mudslides, the analysis results show that the hazards of Mati wan mudslides is big, should take the measures, such as cleaning loose accumulations, planting grass. And this paper puts forward to the detailed preventive measures of geological hazard, like the evacuation route, avoid disaster site, evacuation signal and so on.
