Qingyuan City Management Research Of Geological Disaster Prevention

Qingyuan is located in Northern mountain area of Guangdong Province in mainland China,due to the complex topography and geology condition,abundant rainfall,uneven distribution of rainfall and human activities,many geological disasters regularly took place.These geological disasters had created a serious threat to people's lives and property and the prevention of geological disaster situation is serious.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the existing geological disaster prevention management system of Qingyuan,find out the existing problems of the management of geological disaster prevention by referring to a lot of literatures and using experience of domestic and foreign geological disaster prevention,then study the management countermeasures of geological hazard in Qingyuan to improve the geological disaster prevention and management level.This article applied relative comparison,documentation and empirical analysis,and other research methods.The full article can be divided into 5 parts.The first chapter is introduction,concluding research background,significance,purpose,and the core concepts and literature review.The second chapter collects the present situation of geological disaster in Qingyuan,summary of laws,regulations and policies for the prevention of geological disasters and sort out the implementation of the responsibility and responsibility for geological disaster prevention in Qingyuan.The third chapter analyzes the main problems existing in the management of geological disaster prevention and control,and analyzes the causes.The forth chapter use experience of domestic and foreign geological disaster prevention.In the fifth chapter,provide reliable solution prevent casualty and property losses combined with the current situation of the Qingyuan.According to the research,this article proposed Qingyuan government to complete geological disaster prevention management institutions and mechanisms,strengthen geological disaster prevention systems,establish people's participation institution,and strengthen geological disaster prevention supervision mechanism,improving the level of geological disaster prevention and oversight management such that it could prevent further casualty and property losses when facing hazardous situation in the future.
