Study On Prevention And Management Of Geological Disasters In Yan'an City

From the location of Yan'an City,it is located in the middle of the Loess Plateau.The overall stability of its internal geological environment is not enough.At the same time,the regional climate conditions are relatively complex.There are a lot of hidden dangers of geological disasters in the process of urban development.This situation will inevitably pose a serious threat to the lives and property safety of the local people.Yan'an city itself is the holy land of China's revolutionary development.In recent years,the speed of its economic development continues to accelerate,and the scope and intensity of human activities continue to increase.With the impact of extreme weather such as heavy rainfall,the frequency of landslides and collapses and other geological disasters is very high,which may lead to serious personnel and property losses,and also seriously threaten the history of the old revolutionary base areas Historical relics and red relics are safe,and the situation of protection and development is grim.In the process of research,this paper takes the risk society theory as the research basis,and comprehensively applies the crisis management theory during the research period to discuss how to improve the management level of geological disaster prevention and control in Yan'an City.Yan'an City has achieved good results in the special investigation of geological disasters,relocation,engineering construction of geological disasters,publicity and training of geological disasters,but there are also problems such as poor coordination of prevention and control institutions,low degree of informatization,weak prevention and control ability,and weak awareness of disaster prevention and risk avoidance among the masses.The main reasons are lack of reward and punishment mechanism,backward prevention and control technology,insufficient investment and social mobilization.In order to strengthen the comparison at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and summarizes the advanced management experience during the research period,which provides a reference for the government to strengthen the ability of geological disaster prevention and management,and improve the quality and efficiency of geological disaster prevention and control.Geological disasters may cause serious losses of people's lives and economic property in the process of occurrence.Therefore,in order to better avoid this problem,we should pay attention to the corresponding disaster prevention and reduction work in the process of development,which has important practical significance for the development and construction of national economy.This paper combines the geological environment and the actual management of geological disasters in Yan'an City The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and the management should be strengthened from four aspects: perfecting the construction of system and mechanism,strengthening the construction of comprehensive prevention and control system of geological disasters,supporting and ensuring in many aspects,and enriching the forms of propaganda and drilling.
