Water is the source of life,it has a very important role in human life,it is the survival and development of human beings is essential to one of the material resources,water in the natural environment and social environment,are extremely important and active factors.Tangshan Plain is located in the plateau of the North China Plain,which belongs to the relative water shortage area.The per capita available water resources are small and the amount of water resources is the main factor influencing the sustainable development of the economy and society in the region.The water resources carrying The allocation of water resources in the region,the region's agriculture,industry and urban construction and other factors in the coordinated and sustainable development plays a vital role.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to formulate reasonable countermeasures for the development of water resources and to develop the overall national economy in the future.Based on the actual situation of water resources in the area,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of the region.The water consumption of cultivated land,the quota of domestic water,the number of water supply,the number of water demand,the water supply per capita and the water consumption rate of the ecological environment were selected from six aspects,such as industry,agriculture,life,ecology and so on.The water resources carrying capacity of the study area in 2010,2015,2020 will be analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the comprehensive score of water resources carrying capacity is reduced from 0.552 in2010 to 0.483 in 2020,and the comprehensive evaluation result of water resources carrying capacity is the same as that of V1 grade from the trend of the whole study area from 2010 to 2020 The membership degree of V2 and V3 is reduced,which indicates that the water resources carrying capacity is decreasing and there will be a series of problems such as water shortage in the future.When the contradiction between water supply and demand imbalance will be more and more Obviously,therefore,we must strengthen water resources management,rational planning and utilization of water resources.
