Yuanhuiqu irrigation area,As the second largest water diversion and irrigation area in central jiangxi province,is the main base of agricultural production and agricultural by-product production in the west of Jiangxi Province.Since its establishment,it has played an irreplaceable role in solving the three major water resources problems including flood and waterlogging disasters,drought and water shortage,and water environment deterioration.It has undertaken regional irrigation,flood control and drainage,water supply and other important tasks,and played a great role in ensuring national food security,water security,ecological environment security and agricultural sustainable development.However,after more than 60 years of operation and use,due to the early construction age of the irrigation area,the widespread problems in engineering and management,such as low original construction project standards,imperfect engineering supporting facilities,serious natural aging and damage of engineering facilities,low water use efficiency,and deterioration of water ecological environment,etc.,the benefit of the irrigation area cannot be fully played,and it has become a short board and restricting factor for the development of the irrigation area.At this time,it is very important to study and judge the bearing capacity of water resources in yuanhuiqu irrigation area,which will play a positive role in the future development of the irrigation area.Based on the full investigation and collecting Yuan Huiqu irrigation area based on the data present situation,combining Yuan Huiqu irrigation area development plan and regional economy development trend,the year of 2025 and 2035,two typical water supply and demand,has carried on the development of indicators,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established for Yuan Hui the status quo and is expected to give evaluation of canal irrigation area,the main research content is as follows:(1)based on the actual water use situation and relevant planning requirements,analyze and calculate the water demand and water supply situation of the yuan huiqu irrigation area in 2025 and 2035 on the basis of the current year,and carry out the water balance analysis of the supply and demand of the irrigation area.(2)the comprehensive evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity in yuan huiqu irrigation area was established,and the four subsystems of water resources,society,economy and ecological environment were divided under the evaluation system.On the basis of referring to relevant literature,water resources evaluation standards and previous studies,14 evaluation indexes were selected and the evaluation set was divided into four evaluation levels based on the operation and development of yuan huiqu irrigation area.(3)comprehensively studied and judged the index system,selected the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight of the water resource carrying capacity of yuan hui canal irrigation area,and obtained the weight coefficient of the water resource carrying capacity of the criterion layer sub-system and the weight coefficient of the four subsystems.(4)according to the evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to comprehensively evaluate the carrying capacity of water resources in yuan huiqu irrigation area.This paper analyzes the evaluation results,analyzes the internal reasons,provides methods and strategies for improving the carrying capacity of water resources in yuan huiqu irrigation area,and optimizes the allocation of water resources in the irrigation area.
