Resources and environment are essential for human survival.With the great improvement of the social productive forces and the vigorous development of science and technology,the economic construction of human society has been greatly developed and the way of life is becoming more and more modern,but at the same time,it inevitably brings about all kinds of negative problems,such as the depletion of resources,the serious destruction of the ecological environment and the dramatic increase of population which make us to realize the importance of rational resource utilization and environmental protection.The evaluation of resource environment carrying capacity can reasonably measure regional sustainable development and judge whether the man-earth relationship is harmonious.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to carry out research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment.The Three Gorges Reservoir Area in fengjie county is located in the hinterland of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area where the mountain slope is steep,the ecological environment is fragile,the human economic activity is strong and the geological disaster is frequent.With the rapid development of economy and population growth in recent years,the problem of resource and environment becomes more and more serious,and it is urgent to strengthen the evaluation and research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment.Based on this,this paper carries out the research on the relevant regionalization of resource environment carrying the background and carrying state from the perspective of environmental restriction and resource suitability which combines the regional geological background of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in fengjie county and the current situation of resource environment.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Resource and environment single element carries the background evaluation research:Based on resources and environment problems in the study area,the choice of geological environment,ecological environment,land resources as the core of bearing elements,of which mainly aimed at the geological environment restriction,evaluate the suitability of land resources,reference related literature,and the connection between the various basic indicators,based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp)bearing background of geological environment appraisal model,based on Delphi method and the GIS space superposition method of land suitability evaluation model,through the establishment of the model and the processing of basic index factor,resources and environment in the studied area single elements for evaluation and zoning of background analysis.The evaluation results show that the research area is mainly confined to the geological environment and the general restricted zone,accounting for 66.07% of the total area,the geological environment is relatively fragile,and the geological environment endowment is poor.The appropriateness of agricultural land is mainly suitable and suitable,which accounts for63.95% of the total area,and the appropriateness of construction land is mainly suitable and suitable,accounting for 63.76% of the total area.(2)Comprehensive load bearing background evaluation research:Based on the result of the geological environment limitation evaluation,the suitability of land resources,and combined the results of ecological environment restricted zoning,the GIS spatial overlay method,the comprehensive bearing background evaluation of the research area is completed,and the comprehensive bearing background of the research area is divided into three levels:the high level,the middle level,the low level.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the overall bearing background in the study area in middle and low mainly,accounted for 73.4% of the total area of the study area,which mainly distributed in the Yongan,Yongle,Anping,Baidi,Hefeng,Shigang town.(3)Study on the carrying capacity of resource and environment:through the spatial distribution coordination model and the overall coordination model,the study area and the status evaluation of the villages and towns were completed.The evaluation results show that:The research area is in a state of near overload,the Kangping town is in excess of surplus,the Kangle town is in surplus,the Anping,Yongan,Yongle,Hefeng town are close to overload,the Zhuyi town is near surplus.(4)Application research:according to the evaluation zoning results of the single elements carry the base,the comprehensive bearing background and the comprehensive bearing state and related development planning,suggestions on development and utilization and protection are put forward for the villages and towns in the research area and provide decision basis for implementing sustainable development strategy.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:1)At present,the theory and method of evaluation of small scale resource environment carrying capacity are mature,but there are relatively few evaluation studies on the resources and environment carrying capacity of large scale,especially in district and county scale.From this perspective,this research is innovative and pioneering.2)Based on the evaluation model of coordination degree,an evaluation grading diagram of coordination degree and load-bearing state is proposed innovatively,which has some innovation in the form of the representation.
