YanShan County is one of the key areas for prevention and control of geological disasters in Jiangxi Province.Taking YanShan County as a research area and conducting regional geological disaster research has important social and economic significance for targeted geological disaster prevention.By using SPOT-5 remote sensing data and google earth image remote sensing data, and making full use of the field geological survey and remote sensing"3S"technology method, the main types, scale, morphological characteristics, distribution range and degree of hazard of geological hazards and delineation of geological disaster-prone areas,in the study area were determined. The research results obtained are as follows:(1)The geological background conditions for the development of geological disasters in the study area were studied and analyzed.Including the research and analysis of the topography and geomorphology in the study area, stratum and magmatic rocks, geological structures, earthquakes, groundwater types and complements, diameters, drainage characteristics, and human engineering activities.(2)The type, scale, hazard and degree of danger of geological disasters in the study area were studied. The types of geological disasters in the study area mainly include landslides, unstable slopes, collapses, mudslides and ground collapses.Among them, landslides and unstable slopes are mainly distributed in Ehuhu Town,Yongping Town,Gexianshan Township,Jiaxuan Township,Hongqiao Township,Wanger Town,Hufang Town and Chenfang Township where population is concentrated and engineering activities are strong.(3)The distribution law of geological disasters in the study area werestudied.Geological hazards are mainly distributed in densely populated areas of low hilly areas. And metamorphic rocks, general clastic rock distribution areas. In the time distribution,it is mainly developed in the period of rainfall concentration from March to June every year.(4)Research and analysis on the factors influencing the development of geological disasters in the study area.Geological disasters such as landslides and collapses in the folds and structural parts of the study area are relatively developed;especially in carbonate-rock areas, the formation of geological disasters such as collapse and collapse is more likely to occur. In addition, clastic rock areas mainly occur in the form of geological disasters such as collapse, landslides and mudslides. It is easy to form geological disasters such as landslides in loose soil areas. The geological disasters in this area are mainly related to the slope cutting of human engineering activities, accounting for 94.9%of the total geological disasters.(5)Research and analysis on the susceptibility to geological disasters in the study area.According to the development status of geological disastersand geological environment conditions in the study area, this paper define the regionalization of geological disaster-prone areas in the region by using the analytical methods combining qualitative and GIS-based information volume analysis model.Delineation results:5 high-prone areas, with an area of 901.89km~2,accounting for 41.4%of the county's area, one middle-prone areast with a total area of 797.16km~2,accounting for 36.6%of the county's total area, one low-prone area with a total area of 247.30km~2,accounting for 11.72%of the county's total area and two none-prone area.(6)Research and analysis on the prevention and control measures for geological disasters in the study area, including disaster prevention and mitigation methods such as monitoring, group monitoring, engineering management, relocation and avoidance and others.Among them, the engineering governance measures are introduced in more detail.
