With the development of economic globalization and information level.it plays an important role of Information technology in the integration of enterprise resources,the application of information technology is to build the information system.It can bring great changes to their business processes by using information system for enterprises.Therefore,the results of information will inevitably lead to Business Process Reengineering.Business Process Reengineering is one of the effective ways to improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise and to reduce the cost of business process.As a design development and service company,It relies on the unique characteristics of the industry and its own technological advantages to provide value-added services as the main business mode,The main feature is to rely on low labor costs and economies of scale.With the economic globalization which brings the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading of industry,the operating environment of KeRui company is under increasing pressure.in this case,it also need to rethink the condition of information technology.To reduce the cost,to improve the efficiency,to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and to improve the customer's satisfaction through the Reengineering of the business process.This paper mainly takes the business process of KeRui company as the research object,to use the theory,methods and steps related to business restructuring,and to draw on the successful cases of business process reengineering of related companies from domestic and foreign.Through the investigation of the present situation,it is found that it emphasizes the management function in the organizational structure design in KeRui company,and the middle management level is more,the management structure of each process is not clear,the process management is confused,the process efficiency is low,the process cost is high and the process service quality is not good,etc.Information systems are not a better way to help manage and improve business processes.Information systems are not a better way to help manage and improve business processes.The reasons for the problems of the mechanical design process,the software design process,the hardware design process and the technical service flow are analyzed from four aspects of personnel,management,method and environment by using fish bone map analysis method.For these reasons,based on the principle of business process reengineering,the business process reengineering is designed according to the steps of BPR.Finally,detailed implementation steps are made.Through the process of designing the business process reengineering scheme of KeRui company,the main conclusion of this article is that the business process reengineering is a high risk enterprise reengineering activity.It needs the better basic conditions such as the perfect system,the better enterprise culture and the relative standard management level of the enterprise itself,and the strategy of insisting on the enterprise's strategy.A self changing business activity is carried out under the condition of constant goal and business mission and appropriate timing.The research results are applied to the business process reengineering,which is carried out by Ke Rui company.It is of great value to improve the competitive ability of enterprises,and can also provide reference for similar enterprises.
