With the development of science and technology and the increasingly shorter product life cycle, companies must launch as soon as possible to meet customer and market products in order to succeed, especially high and new technology industry; it is a high investment, high risk, high return industry. To obtain a high return of investment products and sustainable development depends on the efficiency of R&D management. However, from the perspective of the product research and development of domestic high-tech enterprises of new product development process also has many shortcomings. Management level is generally low, is still in the research and development management pattern, the function of the traditional style in the face of strong competitors, the development of China’s high-tech enterprises to get to the point, have to think about their own competition advantage, resolutely left in addition to the adverse factors which restrict the development of the company, to achieve its own development fundamentally for change.G Company is a typical Chinese private high-tech enterprise in the forefront of reform, the existing mode of product development process is getting more and more can’t meet the needs of its own development and customer. The main content of this paper is to use the idea of process reengineering for G company research and development of business process change, take the market demand as the center, in order to produce the best product for the purpose of business process reengineering, new product development to build G company research and development of efficient management system, to make it more competitive force.From the perspective of the main content of the paper, first of all, in this paper, the new product development management, process reengineering and relevant theories are summarized and expounded, and analyzed the IPD method system and the IPD method difference with traditional research tools, etc. Secondly, the paper on the basis of investigation and research, the empirical analysis the development process of G company, research and development present situation, resources and capabilities, competitive strategy and product strategy, on this basis, points out that the research and development management process has become a bottleneck restricting the development of company strategy. Secondly through questionnaire survey, data research, diagnosis, investigation, statistical analysis, reflect the problems in the research and development of G company and diagnosis. Then from the process framework, structural framework, the framework of human resources and the institutional framework of G company research and development process of the design. Finally, on the basis of empirical research, combined with the case of G company for carding and reengineering and the evaluation of the effect.
