Along with information technology fast development, ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) has become the focus of global companies. The companies should use the ERP system to improve the efficiency, if they want to improve the management method and get the success of the information establishment. As the result FAWER Shock Absorber Branch Company, one of the famous automotive parts companies, also used ERP system.The implementing of ERP should be accompanied with BPR (Business Process Rebuilding). If we use ERP system without BRP, we won't solve the old issues of enterprise, such as inefficient management, unreasonable instruction and business processes. Moreover, if we only use BPR, it's not useless too.The paper mainly discusses BPR in the ERP solution plan of FAWER Shock Absorber Branch Company. The targets of this company are to optimize its business processes and construction, to establish the achievement estimation index system and to create new management method.The procedure of optimizing includes 7 critical steps:1.Business status estimation2.Confirming of the total construction of BPR3.BPR special issues discussion and confirming4.BRP business processes optimizing5.Functional department plan and liability confirming6.KPI system design7.Management rule confirmingNow main issues of enterprise business procedure are as follow:1. Transfer information by human and thus resulting in complicated processes. 2. Slow transfer and feedback of information, bad sharing of information3. Different rules and standards of each functional departments and then the difficult sharing of business, finance, logistics information.4. Unclear liability and management function.So this paper gives the optimization plan of finance, sale, supply, production procedure and organization. After process optimizing, we will improve the information sharing and smooth transferring of data. Thus the managers can know the company's real-time status and then improve the efficiency. For example the sale department may show the new production according to the changing and requirement of the market in time. The supply department decreases the low value production purchasing. So it's also helpful for other sections.We should make the achievement management system for implementing BPR and ERP system, so we can check the achievement of everyone and improve employee's level by KPIS management system establishing. The paper also gives relative KPI index according to ERP implement requirement and enterprise situation.This paper explains the revolution procedure of national owner companies by researching on the implementing ERP/BPR project of FAWER Shock Absorber Company. This will be very useful for discussion overpass development and implementing national owner enterprise reforming.
