The Research On The Accounting Business Process Reengineering Of The Bank Of HC

With the globalization of world economy, the rapid development of informationtechnology and its wide application, the human society has entered into the era of neweconomy. The new economy has brought great chances to the financial domain.However, it also gives commercial banks a hitherto unknown pressure——customers’needs of diversification and individuation, intense competition with each passing day,and new challenges raised by information technology to the bank’s adaptability. Insuch a case, Commercial banks should change management concept and implementbusiness process reengineering actively to set up customer-centric business model.Firstly, the article introduces the research background and significance of thebank reengineering, the business process reengineering theory and the accountingbusiness process reengineering theory and risk management theory. And then takingthe Bank of HC as the object, the article describes the current mechanism of itsaccounting business process, analyzes the existed problems in the process, and thendiscusses the necessity and feasibility of accounting business process reengineering.And then this article appraises the scheme of the BPR of the Bank of HC according tothe content of accounting business process, such as accounting treatment system,accounting system, accounting organization system, customers’ relationshipmanagement system and accounting management and control system. Finally, thisarticle conducts an analysis with expected effect of the accounting operation flow, and then thearticle analyzes the risk after the implementation, and puts forward the measures ofrisk management.This article takes the Bank of HC as background and gives the normative andpositive study on the reforming phenomenon of bank BPR, the goal is to establish acomplete analysis system for the bank BPR. The paper tries to solve the practicalproblems existing in the business process, if not, the problems will cause seriousproblems to the bank itself. The article hopes to offer the countermeasure andsuggestion for the commercial banks of our country to improve their operationefficiency and competitiveness.
