Today,as the process of the market economy continues to accelerate,the living environment of enterprises is further squeezed by competitors.In order to gain an advantage in the industry competition,it is necessary to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company itself and make targeted changes.Nowadays,the competition between industries is gradually replaced by the competition between the enterprise value chains.For traditional industries such as sales,the challenges are unprecedented.The scale of the company’s funds is certain.How to maximize the value of the company on the basis of this certain amount of funds is the company’s research focus.In the era of large-scale competition in the sales industry,simply pursuing the company’s own value maximization,companies can no longer work alone.Only by enhancing the overall value of the company’s value chain,maximizing the overall value of the company,and achieving a common value-added value of the company’s value in the value chain,can it satisfy the interests of itself,upstream suppliers,and downstream customers.The current financial business process is based on the theory of division of labor.There are serious flaws,and there is a lack of reciprocity between each other,which makes it impossible to perform effective fund management.The reengineering of capital business processes provides a good idea for the interaction between value chain companies and will promote the construction and integration of funds management between value chain companies.Therefore,it is imperative to reengineer the existing capital business processes that have some defects in the enterprise using the concept of process reengineering.This dissertation mainly studies the selected topics based on the combination of reading literature,researching related theories,field research,and company case analysis.First,it studies the relevance of value chain theory,capital business process,and business process reengineering theories,and provides theoretical support for later case studies.Introduce the idea of value chain to decompose the capital business process of the company,analyze whether there is a problem in the sub-process,and identify the value-added or not of the sub-process.Reengineering the process based on the analysis results is an important way for the company to win the industry leading in the business process,and it is also the main way to obtain competitiveness.In order to adapt to the changes in the industry’s competition model in the information age,the capital business process draws on value chain thinking,breaks down the inherent business process theory and concepts,andconducts value-added re-engineering.Later,after understanding the case company in the field to obtain information,ZJ Corporation’s business case was introduced to analyze the business characteristics and fund business structure of ZJ Company and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of its capital business process.From the perspective of the value chain,with the help of process reengineering,based on past research theories,ZJ’s capital business process was reconstructed,which in turn reorganized the company’s overall value chain and increased the overall value of the company.It provides reference suggestions for the reengineering of capital business processes for similar pharmaceutical companies in this category.
