In recent years,due to the economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition of market economy at home and abroad,business process reengineering as an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of large enterprises,has been more and more attention.For example,IBM,Haier,China telecom and other senior enterprises,through the restructuring of business processes and organization,innovation risk control mode,integrated information technology system,to seek the best solution of business process reengineering,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise itself.These valuable documents provide a successful experience for M company it service business process reengineering.This paper takes M company as the research object.M company is founded before the founding of the founding of M company in 2004,and gradually increase five branches in 2006,the total assets of more than 80 billion yuan.M company is an it service,strong financial group,inspired to search for timely and high quality investment ideas and products for customers to provide diversified investment pipeline it service enterprises.With the increasing of business,the demand of customers is higher and more diversified,the market competition is more and more intense,the development pressure and management of M company is more and more difficult,in the current business model business process,high cost,low service efficiency,high risk diffusion,business operation will become more and more difficult.M company wants to rely on it services to provide customers with higher quality service,improve the current business situation,realize the strategic vision of enterprises,and keep the vitality of enterprises,need to implement business process reengineering,to improve the core competitiveness through business process reengineering.Based on the research of business process reengineering and reference of domestic and foreign enterprise business process reengineering and successful experience,this paper analyzes and discusses the status and problems of M company business process,summarizes the importance and necessity of business process reengineering,and puts forward specific methods of business process reengineering.Through the analysis of M company business process reengineering,we can see that the old business process of M company can not bear the pressure of the development of the company,must implement business process reengineering,and new business process can meet the direction of the future development of the company,and may have implementation in cost,technology,manpower and material resources.The business process reengineering scheme of this paper is customer-centric,set up the centralized business management system of front-end and background separation,change the old mode of " business whole process" to a high efficiency business processing mode,to simplify customer process,improve customer satisfaction,save operational costs,reduce operational risk,improve internal management,and improve customer competitive advantage.At the same time,in the implementation of business process reengineering scheme,we also need to pay attention to prevention of business risk,focus on the construction of the organizational team and accelerate the popularization of business system,so that business process reengineering can be fully implemented.Through the research of M company,it service business process reengineering,hope to provide inspiration and reference for other domestic it service enterprises.
