Nowadays, when information age, according to advanced ideology and drastic change, Business Process Reengineering attracted lots of cooperation's attention and also has a wide effect. In industry practice, when cooperation brings BPR into effect, it refers to technology, economy, organization, personnel, community and so and forth, which can simultaneously produce enormous benefit and risk. As for a complicated systemic project, BPR must have a specific direction based on systemic and scientific methodology. So, besides conception transformation of leader and staff, it needs practical modeling method and optimization technique.In modeling and optimizing study, it demands systemic point of view and BPR ideology to think over business process inside cooperation, the relationship of business activities, activity time, responsibility, and effect evaluation of reengineered system, which can provide practical method for BPR practice. In the whole Business Process Reengineering project, the step of process reengineering may come into a crucial status and it's also the main study object of this paper.The selected task is from an internship experience of mine. When I was a second year postgraduate student, I got a chance to be concerned with one corporation's BPR project, a real practice of BRP. The main content of paper is that, based on the BPR theology and K Corporation's BPR guidance, combined with practical environment, I try to find one modeling method for process reengineering, and then put forward a proposal for the purchase process reengineering. The project finished when I was an intern in Tianjin plant of K Corporation in 2005, and has been already adopted to a selected project by that plant.In the paper, what I have finished is showed as follows:(1) When modeling, I chose the method that combines Work Flow Technique which is welcomed by staff with Petri which has precise mathematical analysis function. Applied with SPN to analyze old business process to find the problem and also associated with practical environment, we may reengineer business process; at the same time, we make some restriction for SPN so as to have the model more rationality.
