With the rapid spreading of Industry 4.0 concept, the hi-end industrial equipment manufacturers were given with good development opportunities. Meanwhile, also facing the challenges in there supply chain operations brought by the diverse customization in product and delivery requirements. It's a crucial subject for every market player to develop an operation model that fits to the market requirements, and make a distinguished advantage in business competition.The thesis takes K enterprise as a research sample, states the challenges and problems it's facing such as bad customer response and high stock cost. elaborate the reasons behind problems, including hi-complex and scattered supply chain, Organization setting and operation model especially the planning process doesn't meet the market requirements, discrete ERP platforms without integration into a whole supply chain.The need of rebuilding a new supply chain operation model and increasing supply chain flexibility for K enterprise was analyzed, and the approach of transformation was introduced with reference to SCOR(Supply chain Operations Reference Model) methodology, to perform business process reengineering for a successful transformation of its organizational structure and operations. The thesis takes internal supply chain planning as a referral case, made a comparison between the before and after operations, in elaborating through delicate business process reengineering and ERP implementation, enterprises can build a flexible supply chain, with standardized management based on processes achieving improved supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, realize transformation for shorter delivery time, higher customization capability in resolving the enterprise's typical problems. Then the conclusion was stated, that under the new market competition environment, enterprises must reform their organization structure and operation management model that according to the market requirements, meanwhile take advantage of IT to realize transformation of tradition business model, build core competencies for the enterprise.
