With the change of the economic globalization and information technology and arrival of economic era, the pattern of the international economy and points of the market competition have all changed enormously in succession. One of the characteristics changed is that more and more enterprises of various countries go abroad, participating in the systemic circulation of international market, become international enterprises, these enterprises expand through the market, adjust product structure, merge enterprises, organize and produce and circulate the activity, aim at expanding the occupation rate of market, pursuing profits to maximize, thus develop into main body strength of the economic market; The second of characteristic changed is that time, quality, cost, service and these five key elements of speed have already become and weighed the main sign of integral level of an enterprise and competitive power. In order to adapt to this new situation, gain the initiative of the market competition, each enterprise stops up and examines closely appropriately, give a new lease of life to the business process one after another. The business process is given a new lease of life to (Business Process Reengineering: BPR) is that a system of strategic enterprise gives a new lease of life to the project. The core of BPR is the business process which faces customer satisfaction, regard business process as and transform the target and the centre, regard caring about the customer's demand and satisfaction as the goal, carry on basic thinking and thorough design again to the existing management course. This thesis expounds the fact emphatically that the Beijing Medicine Co. Ltd. is in improving modern business administration, manage the thinking with thorough process and fundamental change to enterprises, make enterprise in operating cost, service quality and run speed key to is it compete for remarkable improvement of advantage and in order to meet the constant demand of turn of the market to make at the part. This thesis is at higher degree——under the model of supply chain management. According to nowadays economic environment, the author explores tentatively how to perform the business process reengineering. I hope they can contribute to the development of Business Process Reengineering Theory and its implementation in practice.
