Research On The Construction Of Financial Shared Services Center In A Company

With the economic globalization and rapid development of information technology,many multinational companies take a global business strategy to establish a branch.With the gradual expansion of business scale and increasing institutional,financial management has become more difficult to manage.In this situation,the financial shared service center(FSSC)is gradually formed and promoted in MNCs.Through the integration of financial and other processes and technology resources,it achieve the company to streamline all processes and standardization.It can solve the defects of low efficiency of the Group's financial activity and duplication of investment,which will reduce costs and optimize the allocation of resources.Based on current research situation in China and abroad,this paper introduces the evolution of the financial management model of MNCs,and summarizes the relevant theories of FSSC.Then take A company as a case,analysis its shortcomings from the perspective of the existing management process,the reason of establishing financial sharing center and the feasibility of establishing FSSC based on the advantages of financial sharing center.According to the strategic goal of Company A,it analyzes how to design the organization of financial sharing center,sort out and rebuild the financial sub-process,which mainly analyzing separately from general ledger,receivable,payable and asset sub-module.Then based on the reengineering process,design the operation and technical platform.At the same time,the financial sharing center analyzes its operational guarantee from the perspective of corporate culture construction,internal control and performance management.Finally,it analyzes the shortcomings of establishing corporate financial sharing center and looks forward to its future development.
