Research On The Performance Management System Of Administrative Staff At BC Group Headquarters

The headquarters of the administrative staff to undertake corporate executives on the instructions,the next supervision,coordination of the various units of the correct implementation of the higher order,they are to protect the normal operation of the key groups.Therefore,the establishment of scientific and standardized headquarters of the performance management system management system is faced by enterprises need to solve the problem.The author reviews the relevant theories,writings,literatures and successful practice cases of performance management at home and abroad,and makes an in-depth study on the status quo of performance management system of administrative staff of BC headquarters by using questionnaire and in-depth interview.Through the study,the author finds that the performance management of BC group headquarters has unreasonable performance index,lack of performance feedback and democratic participation,neglect of performance management improvement and improper use of examination results.The author explores the causes of the problems and,in the light of the theory of performance management,has optimized the performance management system of the administrative functions of the BC Group headquarters and established the performance management system which matches the actual situation of the BC Group and the actual characteristics of the head office administrators,In order to make the BC Group headquarters executive performance management system smoothly,the author established the BC Group headquarters executive management performance management system safeguards.The purpose of this paper is to improve the performance management system of the administrative staff of the BC Group headquarters by improving the design of the performance management system of the administrative functions of the BC Group Headquarters,enhance the performance of the employees,enhance the employee's satisfaction and enthusiasm,and create an excellent administration management team.
