Enterprise administration, enterprise operation "central nervous system" for enterprise development strategy and business goals has a vital role. The administration and business diversity, difference, temporary, does not show, thus making it difficult to assess the performance of standardization and quantification, so there are many difficulties in its performance evaluation on this objective. Therefore, the development and improvement of the administrative staff performance appraisal, and the scientific, business management is an urgent need to solve the problem. Based on the current situation of large-scale construction machinery enterprises (Sany) administrative staff performance appraisal analysis, and ultimately proposed a targeted, operational performance assessment methods, in order to solve Sany for administrative staff performance assessment problems, but hoping to provide a reference for Chinese enterprises to optimize human resources management.Domestic and foreign enterprises and research articles on performance management literature and books of the sort of system, and analyzes the current status of Sany’s performance appraisal, while the author has in-depth enterprise (Sany) research. Sany eventually found work assessment of the administrative staff lack of awareness of the performance appraisal, performance evaluation index system unscientific assessment body is not perfect, the assessment period is unreasonable, the assessment process a mere formality and lack of communication as well as improper use of evaluation results a variety of problems, causes and to analyze the problems arising. Finally, this paper proposes a targeted, actionable performance evaluation improvements. The program first from improved target to begin, and then develop improvement principles and designed for comprehensive evaluation of administrative staff to build the index system, and finally through the standard improved formulation implementation and use, and safeguards to make recommendations for improvement and Countermeasures.
